Scheduling was super easy (via email, with prompt responses) and I sent over vet records ahead of the appt. We arrived at 11am and got him checked in, they called when they were ready to start and we talked about doing just a "standard" doodle cut, keeping him cool for summer. We picked him up around 4pm and he was SO handsome! The matted fur in his ears was good, we could see his eyes, he smelled delicious and he looked like a new dog! The staff were super friendly and pricing was extremely competitive - absolutely will be back!

BEWARE & PROCEED WITH CAUTION…read more This "pet resort" is crawling with red flags, and unfortunately my husband and I didn't catch them until our puppy had been there for three days. Let me just be clear with some major bullet points on why you should avoid this place if you love your pup(s) at all. 1. The more questions you ask, the more aggravated the staff will get with you. My husband and I asked simple questions, like how much crate time do the pups get, when is feeding, etc- simple, and the staff became increasingly annoyed with us and it showed. 2. After picking him up on the second day the staff couldn't tell us if he had or hadn't been given his food that we brought from home for him. All they knew was... well nothing. Just that they weren't sure but "probably ate" ... excuse me? 3. Also on this day they informed us that Teddy had not had any crate time inside and that he had been "playing outside" ALL day... mind you it was 112 degrees this day! When I questioned how this was even remotely appropriate, they said "we have misters and there are covered areas." ......??! I don't know about you but I'm not even sitting at a restaurant outside for 45 minutes in these conditions with "misters" let alone playing / running around from 8 AM - 4 PM. Just no. Not only are they completely, scarily & utterly negligible with the "pet resort / doggy daycare" aspect of their practice, but they're completely unprofessional, judgmental, and rude. I'm embarrassed to admit it took us three days to figure all of this out. After reading the review left two weeks ago by Kori T. at 1pm today (the third day), we literally dropped our day to run and get our puppy out of this place. And we will NEVER return. 0/10, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Boarding, Training and Grooming…read more We have had such a wonderful experience over the last year when needing to board and groom our two dogs. Everyone is happy and they all clearly love dogs. I have a 14lb dog that goes to Tiny Town and a big dog that goes in the main boarding/play area. My dogs come home happy, healthy and tired every time from all the fun! Grooming: we started getting the dogs groomed at the end of their stay, and it is the best grooming either of them have had over the 11 years I have owned my smaller dog. The groomer is very skilled and loving. They come back beautiful every time! Training!! My larger dog is just one year old, he's 60lbs and it was growing difficult to walk him - he was wild on the leash and chased after everything. I was introduced to their trainer, Mike, and after a consult, which was so impressive, we decided to try training over our holiday boarding (which makes it a screaming deal compared to other trainers I researched in the Valley). Dasher is a NEW dog on a leash and at home, in just 8 days, it has been a game changer. Mike also came to our home to help me refine a few things and there will be a few follow up sessions. Mike is professional and connected with Dasher easily. We are so grateful - it was worth every penny!! I highly recommend Always Unleashed for all these services. We have had a great experience.

We can hardly get his leash off, he's so eager to see friends. We love the live cameras in the yard and inside the hound lounge. It's so nice to be able to check on our fur baby and see what he is up to! One of the main reasons we love Always Unleashed is not only the live cameras, but they are "always unleashed!" They don't kennel the dogs. They all hang out together outside and inside. All the dogs seem calm because they don't have the pent up anxiety of being in a kennel outside of their home. They aren't barking all the time and agitated. They are hanging together as a group. The outside has a ton of misters and a large pool for the pups. They have lots of room to play. Our dog Booker has made friends with other dogs and it's so fun to see him playing and happy. He was boarded over his birthday this past year and they gave him special treats and extra attention. They sent us pictures and videos. They are currently under renovation, redoing the front office check-in space. It will be nice when it's all completed, but it's been nice they have stayed open during the renovation. This summer our flight was delayed flying home from Chicago and Shea was great letting us pick up Booker a little later. We didn't want to wait another day to see our baby! Another time we were stuck on the 17 in traffic because of an accident coming home from Flagstaff. They understand how important our fur baby is to us! Another time Booker got a hot spot on his paw and they were on the phone with me about it and how I wanted it treated. Then after he was home Shea followed up with me to see how he was doing. Booker always comes home happy and tired. Always Unleashed is a great place for day care or boarding, highly recommend.

A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

I always get well-thought-out and specific answers to my questions within a few hours. I also love that this isn't just a one-and-done training. We have lifetime access in case we have questions, which is a relief, since we have someone who knows Finn and can help in the future. The Board & Train might not be affordable for everyone, but it was absolutely worth every penny. I wish we had found Erika months ago.

She ended up spending two days at daycare here and I could not have been happier with the experience! Registration was super easy. I brought in her vaccination records, they got everything taken care of, and took her right back. They even fed her while she was there. The best review honestly came from Moose herself. When I picked her up after the first day, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. When we came back the second morning, as soon as she realized where we were, her tail started going like crazy and she walked right up to the staff. That immediately made me feel good about leaving her again. Both days she came back to us happy and completely relaxed. Even my son looked at her and said, "she must've had a really good time, she's smiling" Finding a place you feel comfortable leaving your dog when you're traveling can be stressful, and they made it incredibly easy.
