I brought my dog Daisy in for a puppy bath for the first time. Everybody there was very welcoming especially Cassidy. They took in her like she was one of their own. She came out great. Thank you so much. You just gained a lifelong customer.

We've been taking our pup Eli here for grooming the past few months and our most recent appointment was the best! Sarah S was so sweet and confirmed exactly what we wanted for his coat length and style. When she called to inform us Eli was done she mentioned how good he was and wished us a happy holiday. Not only did Eli look super handsome, but she gave him a holiday bandana, and a new toy! Thanks for taking great care of our pup!

So happy this place opened so close to my house! The employees here are so nice! It was basically blizzarding outside last weekend and there was only 1 girl working. She greeted everyone, helped with any questions, and was doing register. I'll deff be coming back

They would not take back their own item

Terrible store for picking up orders like Roadie. They will have you waiting 20 minutes for an order that should be ready to be delivered

As far as grooming I give Sarah S 5 stars and if there were more to offer I would give them to her.

If you are reading this, your search for dog training stops here. This is the place you need and…read morethey will change your life! This sounds a little over the top BUT I'm not lying. I tell our trainers Katie and Nicole all of the time that they are life savers. We brought our puppy here at 1 years old - a small wild, energetic Jack Russell who knew every time I was on a video meeting to bark his head off and embarrass me EVERY TIME! Walks were out of the question since he would pull on the leash to the point he would choke himself... sitting on the deck was a nightmare in our own backyard because he would bark at the wind (yes, the wind), the leaves moving, the birds and obviously the neighbors. Does this sound familiar? I questioned my decision of getting a puppy and then I found Max K9. We did a 3 week Board & Train where I was super hesitant of dropping him off (because no one wants to leave their baby anywhere), but they were so good with sending video progress and pictures and including my husband and I in the process. I joke with everyone that I think they implanted a program into his brain! Lol! The transformation was unreal. We were instantly able to communicate with him and actually go on a walk.. outside in the real world. What a breath of fresh air, literally! Max K9 has given us the ability to live an active lifestyle and have our pup enjoy it with us. Hikes, traveling, morning walks, trips to the store, brewery visits, long car rides out of state... you name it. I would do it all over again if I had to without a question. So if you've made it this far, thanks for reading. I hope this helps you make your decision to having a better relationship with your pup and enjoying life with them every step of the way.

We were having trouble trying to help him adjust from living in the south on a large property to living in a one bedroom apartment with cats and a smaller back yard. We were set up with our trainer, Jim, he educated us on how to handle Keiko properly (from basic obedience to different enrichment), build a better bridge of communication and help with his confidence. Our last session Keiko even decided he was going to try one of the obstacles from maximum K9's agility course (no prompting from us) shocking both me and my fiancé. Safe to say Keiko loves Maximum K9 as much as we do . Since our training we have been able to do so much more and get Keiko better involved in our activities (which we know he loves). They also have so many great treats, toys, and training tools for those at varying levels in their store portion.

Couldn't be more proud of this pup. 6 weeks ago she was everything to me but was also very tough to manage. She was the sweetest dog 1 on 1 but had her special way of going complete berserko any time someone else entered the room. A few weeks ago a photo like this wasn't even worth trying for. She always moved out of frame and could never stay still for more than a few seconds. Marlon of @k9u_ny trained her to become not just more obedient, but a focused presence that is always looking for ways to ensure I'm loved. I feel as though I have a dog that's constantly on the look out for me. It's hard to put into words how comforting that is. It's the whole reason why I got her and after two tough years of losing hope that she'd always be a handful, here she is posing with easy for me to snap a portrait... without even the need for treats. Their service top to bottom is extraordinary. Marlon was always quickly reachable, he provided constant updates, his team was always on point and on their A game. Whether your dog is an intentional Covid pup or an unintentional one like Althea, consider reaching out to Marlon. He will change your dog's life and yours as well. I can't recommend him and his team enough. Althea, I'm looking forward to all of our adventures ahead. Especially now that you're not just a sane dog, but because you've become the best dog. Highly recommend K9 University across the board. They've changed our lives. Thanks again Marlon!

We wanted to teach our dog basic obedience and work on making sure he didn't bolt right out the door whenever he saw the door open. Our dog made a tremendous amount of progress in just six weeks working with *Uncle Marlon*. At this time, we also sprinkled in a bit of day care facility to get August used to socializing properly with other dogs and learning to seperate himself from us On Saturday, for our wedding day, Marlon picked up August at 10:30 from our house and took him to daycare at his facility. He brought him to meet us at our venue at 4 and the took him back to be boarded that evening. We were so excited to have pictures with our baby on our wedding attire and can't wait to see pictures! We picked August up that Sunday ... and boy did he have a great time! 10000/10 for the greeting we got when we picked him up!! The staff is so sweet and makes the dogs feel so at home while they're away from home. We usually send August with his food, treats and a few things from home (toy, bed, blanket). Alyssa sends us pictures and videos of him playing and making new friends. It's the cutest thing ever.

Cookie was loving but she had a TERRIBLE nipping problem (along with other issues). She had gone through 2 trainers already and nothing was working. With a 7 year old child in the house, Cookie spent most of her time in her crate. I just could not risk my daughter accidentally getting hurt. Cookie went with Danny for 4 weeks and she came back a whole new dog. Before Danny, cookie was never allowed to roam the house. I am forever grateful for Danny's patience. He would send me updates, pictures and videos on Cookies progress. He even followed up with another lesson to show my dad how to properly handle Cookie at home. Thank you Danny! You saved Cookie.

When he left, he was biting the furniture, not listening at all to commands and having accidents all over the house. He came home so well behaved, but still with the same cuddly loving personality. Danny and his wife were very kind and patient and treated Charlie like part of their family!

If you love your dog, invest in your dog's education. I learned this the hard way. We had a dog…read morewho passed away and we got a bigger dog. Walking our new dog and having guests over at the house was always so stressful. My dog never listened to my commands and exhibited anxious behavior like barking or growling. Our friends and family avoided coming over because of the aggressive behavior from our dog. Let's not talk about the amount of destruction (shoes, furniture, etc.) this dog was causing. My husband and I argued about keeping this new dog because I was at my wits end with her. I never thought I would be the kind of person to consider giving away my dog but I was miserable. Our previous dog was never an issue; he was a lapdog and aside from demanding long rubs and treats, we never encountered so many issues. We even ended up with a costly medical bill when she injured her foot jumping over a gate. I was convinced she needed to be re-homed because we weren't the right family for her. A neighbor and fellow dog owner approached me and recommended Tai. Although I was reluctant to spend any money on the dog who I was convinced was ruining my relationship and driving me crazy, I wanted to prove to my husband that our new dog was untrainable and that she really was a problem. I was convinced that we would be told that the dog was untrainable. I say all this to say: In the end, Tai trained my husband and I while training our dog. We were part of the problem and didn't even know it. We had a totally different breed of dog than we were accustomed to failed to educate ourselves and our dog. I didn't realize how my own lack of knowledge was contributing to my dog's poor behavior and anxiety. I no longer come home to destroyed shoes, she doesn't growl when my husband and I hug, and we can have company over without the fear of her lunging at someone. I should also mention I no longer am embarrassed while walking my dog because I'M walking HER; she's not walking ME! Tai has a lot of expertise and if you're serious about your dog and it's overall well being, entrust him with your dog training. I'm glad he didn't sugar coat what I was doing wrong; he's very passionate and knowledgeable about dog training. We are forever thankful to him.
