I LOVE Fetch! this is the 3rd or 4th time my Samoyed has come to have a full grooming, and I can't speak highly enough! Mochi (said Samoyed) is so excited to get in the door and is always happy when he comes out. Grooming a Samoyed is no mean feat, they don't shed, they detonate in shedding season, and they take a long time to dry. My boy is also a little picky and pedantic when being trimmed, but he doesnt have any qualms with Fetch!! He always comes out looking SPECTACULAR as well as happy. Fetch also has an amazing shop with cute outfits, toys and leashes you can't find anywhere else. Their pricing is very fair and always text to let me know when Mochis ready. I highly recommend this groomers, and do so to all my friends and people who ask me when they stop to comment about Mochi. Thank you so much Fetch for always being so great ! read more

Absolute WORST GROOM EVER. I have a Goldendoodle. All I asked was to give her a Teddy Bear cut. She was basically shaved, her ears were not trimmed at all, and they chopped off the fur on the top of her head. She was not matted. This was pure laziness. Nothing is even. I'm so upset. We took our spoiled elderly beagle, Mona, to Fetch for her 1st ever grooming appointment and she was treated royally. I expected her to be difficult, which she was, but they handled her well, and she was out playing in the backyard soon as we got back home, so she wasn't too upset with the experience (which was my expectation). Mona liked Jessica as her groomer and Karen couldn't be nicer in my dealings with her. Both did their best to calm my neurotic dog. I recommend this place because of their care but also convenience, in the heart of town, and for a very reasonable price. It went well, so we'll be back monthly. read more

Fetch in huntington. I have never paid so much ($75) for so little grooming time (2 hours for this hack job, usually 4 hour minimum). I made the appt 3 weeks ago and when I arrived they had mistakenly booked me with a different groomer. They said my groomer was 'finishing up' the other 2 dogs and he could see mine. The available woman groomer took my 10 month old puppy assuring me only the groomer I wanted would attend to my puppy. Miraculously, a mere 2 hours later my puppy was over. It also coincided with closing time of Fetch. I have never in my 20 years of taking dogs to a groomer seen such a butchery and hack job done to a dog. You could literally see the pink of his raw skin and 'roads' of shaved areas that were more severely hacked away then the rest of his body. His face was perfect. My guess it was a 2 team groom job so they could get done in 2 hours. My preferred groomer took care of his face while the other groomer hacked and shaved at his body. Needles to say my puppy is traumatized by what must have been a complete restraint system from the Middle Ages. We have had to give him anti anxiety as for the first 2 nights he couldn't sleep. His rear end is SO RAW he can't sit down. I am horrified at what they did to my puppy. One star for the face. read more

Brought my dog in to be groomed and it was a disaster. They called and asked hastily if my dog was medicated - my stomach dropped thinking something happened. When I responded no, the woman on the phone said "well he should be!!!" Proceeded to tell me how awful my dog was. I asked why hasn't this been brought up before since my dog has been there multiple times and she said "well, I guess they forgot to tell you". They said they would try to groom my dog and hung up the phone. After the 2 hr mark, we started to call and of course, no one answers. We start to drive there when we finally got the call the dog was ready. The dog was barely trimmed up. They said the groomer was able to calm down the dog because they were nervous and everything went great after the phone call. Regardless, please be nice to customers especially if you yell into the phone if the dog has been medicated and say how awful their dog is. read more

After struggling to find either a jacket or sweater that would fit my dog properly my wife googled and found Fetch. We took a trip and damn are we happy we did. Karen greeted us when we came in and is one of the nicest store owners I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. We explained our situation and she showed us multiple jackets and we found some that fit perfectly. She also showed us a hand made sweater which also was a perfect fit. Cool boutique and the prices were great. So much better than ordering online. I'd rather speak to someone who cares about what they're doing and is a pet lover as well !!!! They also carry made in the USA dog treats so we picked up a couple of bags. Our puppy loved them !! We will definitely be going back again. What a great store. read more

A cute "couture" doggie boutique. Pretty and unique accessories for small dogs. Store is clean and visually appealing. I've been searching for a new puppia harness for my Pom, and they carry the brand there. They have trendy accessories and a good selection of harnesses and collars. There was a young sales girl there that was helpful and attentive, and the owner is friendly and nice. Foxy loves her new harness and I will be back to pick up some more items in the future. read more

My husband and I have two Chihuahuas and when we found this shop in our town, I was excited because I love spoiling my pups. I would describe them as aiming to be couture with their doggie fashion, carrying fashionable items for the trendy dog lover. Here's why they only get 1 star and why they lost me as a potentially good customer today over a $10 product. The first night we discovered them was during our town's Christmas festivities. Fetch was busy, offer appetizers to browsers in their shop. I wanted to buy something for my dogs who are used to eating quality foods. I decided on the Lobster Roll bag by Bocce's Bakery. When I brought them home, one of my dogs wanted nothing to do with the treats, refused to eat any of them. Our other dog ate two and later threw up and then had other GI upset for 2 days. I returned to the shop with the bag, just two treats missing, and asked if I could exchange it for something else. I wasn't asking for a refund, just store credit. The woman at the counter was unfriendly and clearly had no customer service experience. Instead of apologizing for the negative experience I had with a product she sells and offering a solution to keep me happy as a customer, she looked for reasons to blame me for why my dog got sick from them. She even appeared angry that I would even dare try to return the item, as if it's not her problem. I even offered that perhaps because my dog's diet is mainly grain-free because I don't want her to have a bunch of fillers in her food, she may have had trouble with the barley flour. I don't know if she ever had barley before. My dog has no known food allergies, and I don't know what exactly in the treat had made her sick. She eats other organic and natural treats with grains and has had no problem. I was giving the product the benefit of the doubt, trying to be as understanding as possible as to why this product made my dog sick for 2 days. She said there was no return policy on treats and I should have been told that. I told her I hadn't been, if I had I wouldn't have bought them. It's okay that when I bought the treats I wasn't told the return policy, I forgive them for that. The shop was busy that night. What I found unforgivable, and why they lost me as a customer today, was this woman's attitude. She was rude, obnoxious and created a tense and stressful atmosphere instead of making any effort to be accommodating and understanding to me as a customer. I've had my own business for 10 years and if I treated my customers the way she treated me, they wouldn't return, either. It's silly to lose a customer over a $10 bag of treats who could have potentially bought hundreds more on clothes, etc. throughout the year. She could have used the full bag of treats I was returning to recycle in the shop, as they have a dish with free treats for customers to try. But she didn't offer any other option than for me to walk out, feeling frustrated and unhappy. She clearly doesn't understand that if you want to keep a customer, you have to at least make them feel welcome and appreciated in your store. You want them to keep coming back. This woman drove me speed walking out of the shop today. I don't need the aggravation of shopping someplace where I'm treated like crap, especially considering what I'd be spending at this expensive shop. I won't be back, and I won't be recommending any of my friends with dogs go to this shop. Not a smart move for Fetch, especially being a local business. I do recommend The Community Pet Shop on New York Avenue. The guys who run it are super friendly and really know how to give good customer service. read more

The design of the interior in which each product was displayed drew me further and further in and so warm the customer service with each breath I take.
