Cheesecake is 10 years old and had never been neutered. The Vet team at Muddypaws are terrific! Cheesy kept getting UTIs because his prostate gland was inflamed. He went on antibiotics several times and we had to reschedule his procedure 3 times! Dr. Miller was great! He understood and accommodated our situation. Dr. Miller neutered Cheesecake on 11/13. I received a response from Heidi Walker, who is extremely negative and should not be running a dog rescue. We went back and forth a handful of times. It ultimately ended up being the worst interactions I have ever interacted with a rescue. She is not caring and she should not have interactions with potential adopters and fosters. I hope they find someone else to handle contact/coordination.

We just got our sheltie cut here today. We told them "cut her short." We did not say "shave her…read moredown so short you can't tell what breed she is." She has a big rash(?) on her groin area (which should never be shaved down btw) and she keeps licking it as it is irritating her. This has never happened before at any other groomer. Her hair is not cut evenly, and even the top of her tail seems like it was shaved! I sympathize with the other yelpers who have had similar experiences here. We will never be taking her back here again. Update: December 18th I didn't think to update this review until recently. Her hair grew back somewhat normally (thankfully), however her coat is not as dark as it used to be anymore. As you can see in the picture two days before, it was dark brown and black in some places. She is more ginger now. I am grateful it grew back, but a little sad it does not look the same as it used to. That being said, she was doing better after a few weeks and at least she is still my happy little ball of fluff.
