I decided to watch my dog on camera 3 via their camera feed. I watched as a staff member kicked a dog and grabbed another by the neck and threw her. I immediately called and notified the front desk that we would be removing our dog and not returning. DO NOT bring your dogs here.

They have an incredible facility with acres for my dogs to run and the owners live on the property which is comforting. Being a rescue dog you can't be absolutely sure what happened to her, except we know she was not treated well. Being armed with this we told the groomers that she may get irritated. Well she did, and they were not super helpful in coming up with a solution. I recommended using a muzzle and they refused. Seemed to me that that's not a very good practice and should be used for both the dog and the groomers safety if a dog is upset. What that left us was a half groomed dog. I called Walkers to find out how they handle dogs who aren't super excited about spa days and was told they handle a lot of irritable dogs and rescue animals. I asked about the muzzle and they said they do use them which relieved me as the other groomers kept saying she was trying to bite the clippers. They charge roughly $65.00 but that is for the works, bath, cut, teeth, nails, ECT. They do require a $30 deposit when booking simply because they have had their share of no shows. Bella has now been to their groomers a few times. She is still difficult to groom and they have asked us to have her vet prescribe something to calm her down. Even after giving her, what in essence was Xanax, she was still irritable per the groomer on her last visit, but she sure was happy when it was over! I am overall satisfied with our visits. They are able to completely trim here and make her look more professional...

Angus would always get super excited when we got to the Pet Hotel - couldn't wait to get inside and socialize with the people and other dogs. Our first trip back in 5 years with our new bull terrier pup, Arlo, looks to be no different. You get to drop off your pet bed, so nighttime is familiar. You can drop off food, as well, labeled for correct dispensing. There are walks and yard time. A full doggie spa - should you choose. We love it here and have NEVER worried about the happiness of our pet or the level of care given by the long term staff. They love the four-leggers just like we do!

I was on a cruise and it was so reassuring to see how well Dori and Joni were doing. I could tell that they fell in love with each other! Joni was here at the hours she said she would be. She came every afternoon to feed Dori and let her outside or if the weather was nice, they would walk. I can't say enough good things about this business. I will definitely use them again! Joni is now a dear friend!

I don't think I could trust my fur baby's daily care to anyone else. My dog was still only 5 years old when they first started taking him for daily walks while I worked and went to school. Since day one they have always sent pictures and a short report about their daily visit, which is always a great way to brighten my work day. They have been with us through so many changes, highs, lows, and milestones and to us they feel like family. My dog is 10 years old now and they recently noticed some changes in his demeanor and affect before I did and they alerted me right away so I was able to get him early care and treatment! They've been excellent with helping him get his stamina back up with his daily walks! There aren't enough words to express how truly amazing they are and how grateful we are to have them! As a side note, they are great with our kitty friends too. You can tell that they all genuinely love animals and caring for them!

I called to schedule home service care for my two cats for a total of 3 days (July 10 to 12, 2021)…read more Christina and Jen came out to my home to meet the cats and so I could show them where the food, litter, and treats were located. At that time the assured me that they would come for the scheduled days and send me pictures or updates regarding my cats. When I left home on Friday I left out 2 bowls of water and 4 dishes of food. Every day that I was away I received pictures and/or updates about my cats via text message. When I arrived home Monday evening (July 12th), both bowls of water only had water covering the bottom and the food was only covering the bottom of ALL 4 food dishes. I have left my cats alone for 2 days in the past, with no one coming into the home to check on them, with the same set up of food and water(2 water bowls and 4 dishes of food). After 2 days of the cats being alone in the past, all of the bowls would still be about 80% full when I returned home. That was not the case when I returned after 4 days away with people supposedly caring for my pets. There is no way that they were filling their food and water daily, like I had contacted for them to do. I was very disappointed, but decided to just pay my bill and move on. I recently requested my keys back and they informed me they would be sent back via certified mail and there was a $20 charge to mail them per our contract. The same contract that stated the cats would be cared for daily. Their audacity in asking for $20 to get my keys back is what prompted me to leave this rating. I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to warn others who care for their pets as much as I do, to BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE.
