I decided to watch my dog on camera 3 via their camera feed. I watched as a staff member kicked a dog and grabbed another by the neck and threw her. I don't think I could trust my fur baby's daily care to anyone else. My dog was still only 5 years old when they first started taking him for daily walks while I worked and went to school. Since day one they have always sent pictures and a short report about their daily visit, which is always a great way to brighten my work day. They have been with us through so many changes, highs, lows, and milestones and to us they feel like family. My dog is 10 years old now and they recently noticed some changes in his demeanor and affect before I did and they alerted me right away so I was able to get him early care and treatment! They've been excellent with helping him get his stamina back up with his daily walks! There aren't enough words to express how truly amazing they are and how grateful we are to have them! As a side note, they are great with our kitty friends too. You can tell that they all genuinely love animals and caring for them!

I first looked into Walkers Pet Ho Tail after we "tried" to get our dog Bella, who is a rescue,…read moregroomed at a local PetSmart. Being a rescue dog you can't be absolutely sure what happened to her, except we know she was not treated well. Being armed with this we told the groomers that she may get irritated. Well she did, and they were not super helpful in coming up with a solution. I recommended using a muzzle and they refused. Seemed to me that that's not a very good practice and should be used for both the dog and the groomers safety if a dog is upset. What that left us was a half groomed dog. I called Walkers to find out how they handle dogs who aren't super excited about spa days and was told they handle a lot of irritable dogs and rescue animals. I asked about the muzzle and they said they do use them which relieved me as the other groomers kept saying she was trying to bite the clippers. They charge roughly $65.00 but that is for the works, bath, cut, teeth, nails, ECT. They do require a $30 deposit when booking simply because they have had their share of no shows. Bella has now been to their groomers a few times. She is still difficult to groom and they have asked us to have her vet prescribe something to calm her down. Even after giving her, what in essence was Xanax, she was still irritable per the groomer on her last visit, but she sure was happy when it was over! I am overall satisfied with our visits. They are able to completely trim here and make her look more professional...

She is incredibly responsible and flexible. She is always timely and will check in when she arrives for the walk. Many times we've had abrupt schedule changes and either had to add an emergency walk or cancel in less than 24 hours and she's easy to reach via email or text. There are many things that set her apart from other dog walking services. Being easy to reach is one, but she will send you photos of your pets each visit which always makes me happy. She keeps a detailed log of what your puppy did on each walk. She changes cat litter without being asked. She'll even bring special treats for your pet. We have been incredibly impressed with her and her business. Highly recommended!
