I absolutely love Jenn. She did a fabulous job of taking care of our two dogs and we have booked…read moreher multiples times throughout the coming year. She stayed at our home and you would never have thought anyone had been here. Everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about her.

I called to schedule home service care for my two cats for a total of 3 days (July 10 to 12, 2021)…read more Christina and Jen came out to my home to meet the cats and so I could show them where the food, litter, and treats were located. At that time the assured me that they would come for the scheduled days and send me pictures or updates regarding my cats. When I left home on Friday I left out 2 bowls of water and 4 dishes of food. Every day that I was away I received pictures and/or updates about my cats via text message. When I arrived home Monday evening (July 12th), both bowls of water only had water covering the bottom and the food was only covering the bottom of ALL 4 food dishes. I have left my cats alone for 2 days in the past, with no one coming into the home to check on them, with the same set up of food and water(2 water bowls and 4 dishes of food). After 2 days of the cats being alone in the past, all of the bowls would still be about 80% full when I returned home. That was not the case when I returned after 4 days away with people supposedly caring for my pets. There is no way that they were filling their food and water daily, like I had contacted for them to do. I was very disappointed, but decided to just pay my bill and move on. I recently requested my keys back and they informed me they would be sent back via certified mail and there was a $20 charge to mail them per our contract. The same contract that stated the cats would be cared for daily. Their audacity in asking for $20 to get my keys back is what prompted me to leave this rating. I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to warn others who care for their pets as much as I do, to BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE.

Dr Sprague was so polite, welcoming and engaging, answered all of our questions and concerns and walked us through steps to try and get our dog healthy. The check-up was very thorough and handled with great "bed side manner". On top of a great experience, the whole process was so efficient--what they didnt have in-house, they set up a cart on the website for quick shipment followed by an email with a quick link for ease. 100% recommend

WORST vet practice ever!!!…read more 8 years ago when we 1st went there, i wrote a 5 star review. But this practice has deteriorated so badly since then! They change veterinarians about yearly. just when my pet and I get used to one veterinarian, she/he leaves and we have to get used to another one. Perhaps more importantly, the new vet has to get familiar with my dogs' and cats' issues. Yes they can read the file, but it is not nearly the same as the vet who left who knew my dog's medical issues over a 4-year-period of time. The 2nd most frustrating thing for me has been getting answers when i had concerns or questions about medications. I had no direct access to ask my questions, not even by email. So every answer I needed had to go through the office manager, office staff, or one of the vet techs. And it was pretty clear to me that none of them had consistent training as to how to facilitate this process for pet owners. Because one time, it would be extremely easy and another time extremely difficult and time-consuming to assure me that i was doing the right thing medically for my fur baby. Twice I had to get second opinions for my sickest dog, Chico, and had to use another Veterinary practice for his surgery. Once I had to rely on Dutch-Tele-Vet to obtain meds quickly for my sickest cat, Onyx O. The precipitating event to my finally quitting this practice was when i was 17 minutes late for a "last minute cancellation appointment" and Cheyanne did not even wait till I reached the counter before she advised loudly that I could reschedule my cat Cupcake. Never mind that when they texted me at 14 minutes late, i texted back on my way. And i was out of the car and entering the door 17 minutes after. I understand the reason businesses need to have these late policies. I truly do. But aren't they for people who repeatedly cancel appointments at the last minute? that is not me or my husband at all. And this was an appointment I threw on my calendar at the last minute, on a pretty busy day, and trying my best to make it on time knowing that it had been too long since I had been able to afford to bring Cupcake in for a check up. I still would have been OK with rescheduling, had Cheyenne treated me with even an ounce of professionalism! But she is the rudest person at that practice to me historically. And I refuse to continue at any doctors office or any business that treats me rudely. The one star is shared by Office Staff Reuben and Dr. Max Juriga (who recently left this practice). Reuben was consistently kind to me and Chico both ever since we started there. Dr. Juriga was quite kind to both Chico and Onyx. It was obvious that he loved animals dearly. When I explained what difficulty I was having getting Onyx in the carrier to bring him in, Dr. Juriga told me his work schedule and that he would squeeze Onyx in whenever he was working as long as i got there before 2:30! this is how our feral cat finally got Veterinary care! But, overall, i do not recommend this practice!!!
