They trim nails, brush his teeth, wash, groom, and I get the anti shed shampoo which at first will make them shed a little bit more, but in the long run is awesome. All of this for a very fair price for a big dog like mine. I remember calling multiple groomers and asking how much it would cost for teeth, nails, grooming and Canine Kingdom was had a great price. I usually take my dog 3-4 times a year and I always just cold call and I've never had to wait more than a week. Which is another thing I noticed with other groomers. I had called a couple other ones and it was a very long wait or they said they aren't taking any new customers. But yeah, for the price(which has stayed exactly the same) and how well they trim and clip and clean his teeth Canine Kingdom is my goto groomer. Every time I take Murry I drop him off. They usually call me within 1-2 hours and he comes out smelling and looking great! Especially his teeth/breath he definitely struggles with some stinky breath as he's gotten older! Price-10/10 Scheduling-10/10 Staff-10/10 As far as their kenneling and daycare goes, I do not know. If I go out of town, Murry always stays with my dad.

Their boarding and daycare services are flexible and dependable. The groomers are personable and deliver what you ask for. We have no complaints. They are definitely our number one choice in the area.

    From start to finish, I was happy with the service and care my dog and I received. Calling to…read moredetermine if I needed to bring my dog in was easy and I was able to get an appointment pretty quick. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Both the tech and doctor were absolutely amazing with my dog. You could tell they truly loved dogs and their jobs. I was given all the options and not pressured into anything. I chose to do the testing just to be certain. Thankfully, there was nothing major wrong with my dog and we were prescribed some meds to support him while he got better. It seemed to be the best experience you could have when having to take your pet in for an emergency. Hopefully, I don't ever have an another emergency, but I am relieved to know I have a nice place close by to take him if I have to. Dr. Braun was amazing. She was genuine, patient, friendly, and it was obvious being a vet was her true calling! She gave me her thoughts and told me my options but didn't pressure me into anything. I felt confident that I could trust her opinion. The tech we started with was also super friendly and caring! I wish I could remember her name. She attentively listened to me rattle off everything I could think of and was awesome with Finn. I was happy with absolutely everyone we interacted with from start to finish. Everyone was GENUINELY friendly.

    I called a few weeks ago to schedule a first haircut for my 8 month old pup. Kathy seemed nice and…read morewe worked to schedule an appointment. As with most places, you have to book weeks ahead of time because they are so full! We started to schedule a day then she changed the day and time, realizing mid-conversation she was leaving for vacation and wasn't sure she could do that day she originally offered. She then offered an earlier day to get my pup in! This worked out great. She told me the first appointment would take 2-3 hours, so I cleared my schedule to make sure I could be there. When I showed up, parking was rough (street parking on a narrow street or possibly in a lot a little ways away?). I was confused as to where the door to the dog salon even was. Turns out it is in the back of a house, not the front door and no clear directions leading you to it. I had to call Kathy to help me. From the sound of her voice on the phone and confirmed when we saw her - she had no idea who I was or why I was there. She found my pup on the schedule and said we had an appointment the following week. I told her, she changed the appointment telling me she was going on vacation. She kept saying back "you are going on vacation?" "yes, I'm going on vacation" "I have no idea why you think you have an appointment today" ... So back home I went, with an ungroomed dog, a chunk of my day that I had cleared because of the appointment, another 2-4 week waiting period to get my dog in elsewhere and a horrible taste in my mouth. I get mistakes happen, but she did nothing but apologize and tell me I still could bring my pup in next week. No thanks, I'll try my luck with anywhere that is more organized.
