I had called a couple other ones and it was a very long wait or they said they aren't taking any new customers. But yeah, for the price(which has stayed exactly the same) and how well they trim and clip and clean his teeth Canine Kingdom is my goto groomer. Every time I take Murry I drop him off. They usually call me within 1-2 hours and he comes out smelling and looking great! Especially his teeth/breath he definitely struggles with some stinky breath as he's gotten older! Rosie is an 8 month puppy, and I realized she was just "too busy" to leave in the care of my older father. Drop off went as planned as explained on their internet site. I do suspect that they are strict with drop off and pick up times (as well as vaccinations) which was well explained in advance. I was more concerned with pick up and expected Rosie to be a hot, stinky mess. When I picked her up, they explained that she was shy for the 1st day or 2 and then had fun playing with the other dogs. She ate all her food one day but would pick the next. Completely in line with her personality. I expected her to smell like kennel, and suspect they may have given her a bath along the way. She smelled like a dog that had been shampooed about 2 to 3 days before. Appreciate the fact that they kept her clean and bathed her, if needed. She had dirt on her nose at pick up, completely in line with her personality. They also explained that she could be nervous for the next day or two after pick up. I reunited her with my older dog (left with my dad) on the day of pick up. There was hostility between the two dogs all day. I note that I did not give Rosie a bath that day as she appeared clean, and I was just too tired. I expect she smelled of other dogs which may have added to the hostility (and nervousness which MY DOG explained). I gave both dogs a bath the following morning and they were best friends again and hostility was gone. I would recommend this kennel and will use MY DOG again.

Both the tech and doctor were absolutely amazing with my dog. You could tell they truly loved dogs and their jobs. I was given all the options and not pressured into anything. I chose to do the testing just to be certain. Thankfully, there was nothing major wrong with my dog and we were prescribed some meds to support him while he got better. It seemed to be the best experience you could have when having to take your pet in for an emergency. Hopefully, I don't ever have an another emergency, but I am relieved to know I have a nice place close by to take him if I have to. Dr. Braun was amazing. She was genuine, patient, friendly, and it was obvious being a vet was her true calling! She gave me her thoughts and told me my options but didn't pressure me into anything. I felt confident that I could trust her opinion. The tech we started with was also super friendly and caring! I wish I could remember her name. She attentively listened to me rattle off everything I could think of and was awesome with Finn. I was happy with absolutely everyone we interacted with from start to finish. Everyone was GENUINELY friendly.
