Location is convenient and pricing is reasonable. I do wish I was guaranteed a pic or two each day or at least during boarding. I'm a crazy dog lady with a Furbo at home and I travel a lot. I switched from my prior dog sitter and I was spoiled by pictures and videos. That's really my only complaint so far. She's always excited on arrival and pooped when I pick her up from hopefully a fun day of play. The staff is super friendly and accommodated my pup for boarding when I had an unexpected out of town funeral. The packages don't really save you more than a dollar or 2 so they aren't super worth while since they expire. The staff seems trustworthy so far and it seems clean and well maintained. She even got a report card after her first day! They have an exit bath option too so I picked her up smelling all fresh.

I wonder how many times they've done this and I didn't notice, because the bill isn't itemized. Additionally, my dogs came back wearing each other's collars - but one is bigger than the other, so he was having difficulties breathing! Take your dogs somewhere that cares about more than money.

Jenna greeted me with: well you're here before your groomer, and I can't check them in, because I can't be responsible, so you'll need to wait. I said okay... Then, she said, you won't be able to drop them off together bc one of your appointments is for now and one is for an hour from now. I explained that in the past, I've always dropped them off together, and they hold one while they groom the other..Because I live twenty minutes away, it doesn 't make sense to go back and forth for each dog separately. She told me, she didn't think that would be possible because she wasn't sure if our groomer would have other dogs that she needed to have there... which doesn't make sense...I've seen them hold a bunch of different dogs while they're doing the grooming and waiting for owners to show up and pick them up. The other staff I've met are all great... hopefully they'll give her some customer service training!

It is a clever play on the famous chef Wolfgang Puck. The name is actually perfect because the "bakery" section looks just like a high-end pastry shop for humans. They have tables stacked with decorated cookies and treats that look good enough to eat yourself. The store is bright and cheerful. It doesn't have that typical wet dog smell you find at some groomers. Sunday and Franco absolutely love it here. They dragged us right through the front door. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated the pups like royalty. Verdict: Two paws up from the grandpuppies. It is a fun place to spoil your pets with some gourmet snacks or a spa day.
