This was my first trip there, and I passed up all the pet chain stores in Robinson. Well worth the extra 10 minutes in the car (especially considering Max loves car rides). We have an Australian Cattle/Lab mix and they were very knowledgeable to the type of pet and its usual breed temperament. They ask questions to get to know you and the pet, before they just go and put him in a cage tio wait for a bath and trim. They also do an overall review explaining what they will be doing. As a rather new pet owner I appreciate their attention to detail and gave me piece of mind that they care about my dog as much as I do. Highly recommend Sarah, Mel, and the staff at Pawfect!

One time for a knick under her ear that turned into a hotspot and just yesterday a severe double ear infection from Heather plucking her hair out of her ears. We didn't know for sure if the first incident was grooming related, but after yesterday we know for sure. $500 in vet bills, and our dog is in PAIN. Called and tried to talk to Heather about it - she was not remorseful, not caring, and not sorry for hurting our girl. Do not go here.

She recently had a few large mats form despite brushing her daily. I had to prepare myself and her for a haircut. Anna called me and talked me through all my questions as well as what she would do at Ezra's appointment. She spends the time with your feline friend and is very good at her job and with the felines. I shopped in this store to purchase products for my cat, but I also walked through the entire store to evaluate their products for other animals. The shelves appeared to be fully stocked with products. Some of my cat's favorite flavors of wet food were in stock, and their prices were typical. Her dry food was also in stock but was priced higher than Chewy. Black Friday deals were being held, such as BOGO 50% off of cat litters. The fish tanks looked clean. Furthermore, this PetSmart offers services such as adoptions, a veterinarian, dog-training, and dog and cat grooming. I did not use these services, but I did look into them. The adoption center contained mostly empty cages, and I saw only one scared cat sleeping in its litter box. I hope that this cat gets adopted soon into a loving home.

From the start, they were incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him. They didn't rush the process at all and really took the time to let Odie warm up and feel comfortable. That alone meant so much to us. Because of their calm and caring approach, Odie was able to get a full haircut, his first professional groom in a few years, and it exceeded expectations! You can tell they truly care about the dogs they work with, especially ones who need a little extra time and understanding. The haircut was professionally done, and Odie looked (and felt) so much better afterward. We're beyond grateful for the patience they showed and the care they put into their work. We finally feel confident having Odie groomed again and are already looking forward to our next appointment. I don't trust anyone else with my dog, other than lucky paws. They didn't blink an eye when I mentioned he is reactive to other dogs and I know that when he's boarded here, he's safe and happy. He genuinely loves his visits and I know the staff love him back. It's the best feeling being able to go on a trip and know your puppy is safe and happy. I'm forever thankful for the staff here and the service and care they provide. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.
