Both the tech and doctor were absolutely amazing with my dog. You could tell they truly loved dogs and their jobs. I was given all the options and not pressured into anything. I chose to do the testing just to be certain. Thankfully, there was nothing major wrong with my dog and we were prescribed some meds to support him while he got better. It seemed to be the best experience you could have when having to take your pet in for an emergency. Hopefully, I don't ever have an another emergency, but I am relieved to know I have a nice place close by to take him if I have to. Dr. Braun was amazing. She was genuine, patient, friendly, and it was obvious being a vet was her true calling! She gave me her thoughts and told me my options but didn't pressure me into anything. I felt confident that I could trust her opinion. The tech we started with was also super friendly and caring! I wish I could remember her name. She attentively listened to me rattle off everything I could think of and was awesome with Finn. I was happy with absolutely everyone we interacted with from start to finish. Like most kennels, you are required to bring your pet's food and maybe even a toy. You can also schedule your pet for a bath, so they will be coming home all clean and shiny. They are located in the country, but it's not really a far drive from Cranberry. But they are worth the trip!

Rosie is an 8 month puppy, and I realized she was just "too busy" to leave in the care of my older father. Drop off went as planned as explained on their internet site. I do suspect that they are strict with drop off and pick up times (as well as vaccinations) which was well explained in advance. I was more concerned with pick up and expected Rosie to be a hot, stinky mess. When I picked her up, they explained that she was shy for the 1st day or 2 and then had fun playing with the other dogs. She ate all her food one day but would pick the next. Completely in line with her personality. I expected her to smell like kennel, and suspect they may have given her a bath along the way. She smelled like a dog that had been shampooed about 2 to 3 days before. Appreciate the fact that they kept her clean and bathed her, if needed. She had dirt on her nose at pick up, completely in line with her personality. They also explained that she could be nervous for the next day or two after pick up. I reunited her with my older dog (left with my dad) on the day of pick up. There was hostility between the two dogs all day. I note that I did not give Rosie a bath that day as she appeared clean, and I was just too tired. I expect she smelled of other dogs which may have added to the hostility (and nervousness which MY DOG explained). I gave both dogs a bath the following morning and they were best friends again and hostility was gone. I would recommend this kennel and will use MY DOG again.

The dogs are on camera for the most part when the staff are there and i sense no stress from either my french bulldog or weimaraner. i recommend paying for some of the extras , like individual play time and walks as well as the going home bath to get that kennel stink off. In the end there buisness is well run, clean, and the staff are kind. Really appreciate them and the hard work they do for our pets in this community. See yinz soon! :)

We called on day two to discuss some issues, mainly why our dogs were crated at 11a and why they were being fed in their locked crates with the water bowl out of their reach and no potty break after eating. We were told by Scarlett that our concerns would be noted but she "couldn't promise they would be taken seriously". I asked if a manager could call us back to discuss and that call came 24 hours after we picked our dogs up. I called multiple times during the 7 days and it went straight to VM with no return call. Our pug lost nearly 3 pounds while she was there. I wrote the GM a very lengthy email with no response after a week. Today I called the Dept of Agriculture (who oversees dog day care). I have attached photos of my dogs at various times of the day, locked in their crates. Additionally, I saw no human interaction with my dogs or any dogs in the play rooms any of the dozens of times I checked in via the cameras. I would like to know why my dogs were kept in locked crates for the majority of the day - I agreed they could be crated at night, because they are at home. I let them know that I would be picking them up at 10a - they were supposed to be bathed before we picked them up and they weren't. Their bedding was filthy and had been soiled. We weren't given a copy receipt and our card had to be run twice because they couldn't figure out how to add both dogs to one invoice.
