She made us feel at ease the entire time, knowing that the cats were well taken care of. She was in constant communication, sending pictures of our cats and letting us know how the visits went. She followed all of our specific instructions perfectly. I found her to be trustworthy and pleasurable to work with. I honestly think this service is a bargain, especially considering the alternatives (such as boarding). I don't think I could trust my fur baby's daily care to anyone else. My dog was still only 5 years old when they first started taking him for daily walks while I worked and went to school. Since day one they have always sent pictures and a short report about their daily visit, which is always a great way to brighten my work day. They have been with us through so many changes, highs, lows, and milestones and to us they feel like family. My dog is 10 years old now and they recently noticed some changes in his demeanor and affect before I did and they alerted me right away so I was able to get him early care and treatment! They've been excellent with helping him get his stamina back up with his daily walks! There aren't enough words to express how truly amazing they are and how grateful we are to have them! As a side note, they are great with our kitty friends too. You can tell that they all genuinely love animals and caring for them!

We had to take an emergency day trip and didn't any to leave our four month old Mini Schnauzer…read morealone for 9 hours. We called and asked if they could fit her in the next day. They said absolutely if she had all her vaccinations which she does. We arrived and they were so nice to her and us. We were given a link to keep an eye on her throughout the day, she had so much fun but was a bit shy! They took her to eat with them making sure she had a bit extra care. When we arrived they brought her to us with a gift bag filled with toys and treats for her and us. We were told she had an amazing day and was welcome back any time. We asked about how to pay and they informed us her first day was free. We were absolutely speechless, it isn't very often that a business cares and truly appreciates our business. We were also impressed at how they loved each dog that walked I. As if they were their own. I will definitely be taking her there for many of the amenities and services they provide. A huge thank you for taking the time and loving what you all do.

I've had both my dogs boarded for vacations and have been very happen with the attention and care…read morethat the individuals who work there pay toward my animals and others from what i can see on cameras as well as the interactions i've heard when we drop off and pick up. The dogs are on camera for the most part when the staff are there and i sense no stress from either my french bulldog or weimaraner. i recommend paying for some of the extras , like individual play time and walks as well as the going home bath to get that kennel stink off. In the end there buisness is well run, clean, and the staff are kind. Really appreciate them and the hard work they do for our pets in this community. See yinz soon! :)

Marcelo is the best in the business. Zoe, our 7-year old Teacup Yorkie has been to several salons…read morebut when we moved north in 2016 we knew we found a home in Claws-N-Paws. Marcelo and his team were always so warm and welcoming. My little Bug just adores him. Whenever its time to go back, if we so much as mention his name, she starts to wiggle and wag. She nearly jumps out of my arms every time she sees him. And what can i say about her hair when she's done...she looks gorgeous! Zoe is a little tomboy, always eager to keep up with her brother; Yorkie owners will understand how difficult rough-housing is on their dos! But without fail, Marcelo works out every tangle, primps and punes and waa-laa, our little princess is back! We adopted Zoe's brother Wasabi last year, an 8 week old silver and gold Teacup Yorkie. 'Sabi is a challenge and a half! He has enough energy to power the City and I was worried about how'd he do at his sister's favorite 'spa'. I must admit he gave Marcelo a headache the first visit. But he was nothing but patient, kind and kept on working. Marcelo's care and passion for what he does, continues to help 'Sabi get comfortable with all the new sights, sounds and someone playing with his paws. I am so grateful for him sticking with our little firecracker who is settling in nicely. Just love this place. Will never go anywhere else!

It was the most expensive bath and nail trim ever at $70 plus tip. While my dog is big, she has short hair so no actual cutting or triming is necessary. I felt my dog was taken care of but unfortunately for only a bath and nail cut the price point is way, way off. It's ashame because we where will looking for a new local regular local place.
