Long story short, I asked for cleaning of my washing machine and dish washer for a move in. I came back to house to find my washing machine not cleaned at all and I have the pictures to prove it. I was told by the "owner" that it would be redone and that she apologize for it not being done. That was four weeks ago, I then ask for partial payment back because she had a family emergency and couldn't come back to do the job. Still understanding I said no worries, still haven't heard from her about the refund, a refund SHE told me she was giving me. Times are hard, the last thing people need right now is paying for a service that wasn't done, and no accountability for it. Truly disappointed in THIS company. I do not recommend this cleaning company AT ALL.

Shayla was very responsive each time I reached out and was able to schedule each cleaning within a couple of days of me reaching out. She was diligent in checking in during and after each cleaning, even sending me photos of the job during my first cleaning when I was not local yet. A few days after I moved in, I needed someone to clean out debris from my two fireplaces due to a chimney-removal job. Shayla was able to send Martina right over -- though we had a small snafu with the type of vacuum that Martina had on hand -- the dust from the brick was so fine that the standard vacuum didn't have the proper filter to keep the dust from flying all over the first floor. But Martina was great and adjusted her methods with the second fireplace in our second floor. A few days after that, I had to call them AGAIN because I had spilled paint on my carpet. Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping Truly Fresh on speed dial for all my future special cleanings!
