Very rude, made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome both times I went in there. My dog started barking and the employees that were standing around talking stopped and stared at me like they have never heard a dog bark before. The girl that was checking me out didn't seem like she wanted to be there and wasn't very friendly. She looked scared when my dog started barking... The employees stood there and stared at me... Went in here today to get some supplies for the christmas puppy i just got, Otis. Everyone of the staff was very friendly, but one woman stood out the most.. Liz! (: she turned out to actually be the dog trainer there in this petsmart, so she helped get the perfect treats for click training Otis, she was so very helpful and informative, she told me about the treat she uses, how many i should use for the size of my Otis, and that some dogs become too full furing the training process that they start to be less responsive, didnt know that! i am so glad she was in that store today! she also was very nice to Otis and noticed he was a heeler mix (: she really knows her stuff and thats exactly what they should be there to do! Please be cautious and research what you are getting before deciding on puppy training here. I would make sure to observe a class to see if it is a fit for you and your puppy. This would be a great fit if you have a calm puppy and you and your puppy's learning styles are to sit and listen. If your goal is to have a puppy that is well-behaved in store-like settings then this is the place for you. This is a great fit if you have bought your puppy from a breeder in at 7-10 weeks of age. This is a good place to go if this is your first puppy and you are just starting to teach your dog to sit and lay down. If you have an energetic puppy who has any individualized behaviors that you are working to address this is probably not the right fit. If you are working on socializing with other puppies or have adopted an older puppy this may not be the right place. Again, please learn from my mistake and don't just listen to the sales pitch. Ask for the full training plan ahead of time and observe a class to make sure that you are making the best choice for you and your puppy and avoid the stress for both of you if it is not the right environment. read more

The guy at the front counter was leaning on the counter when i walked in. He greeted me. Then the manager came to me 2 min. later in the aisle to greet me. I have never had a manager track a customer down to greet them. I was the only customer in the store but there was at least 6 employees walking around. I ended up not buying anything and good thing cause the guy at the counter was busy eating a hamburger. I do NOT like folks touching my stuff w hands covered in hamburg grease. I think a break room is where an employee should be eating. I will not shop here again. read more

Ok , so I'm super upset with this ppl I took my dog he's a miniature poodle he's older and I made an appointment at 12:30 pm so they saw him they took him in , they disappeared about an hour and then I saw them bring him out so there like I don't think we will be able to do anything for him because he wants to bite and he is not letting us even out him in a table , I'm like I ask before I even brought him in that if you guys were gonna be able to take care of him I told u how he acts, and now u telling me u can't do anything for him .... it takes me about 45 m to get him to there store for this .... I'm upset at the fact that I let them know how my dog is and they said they be able to take care of him , and I wasted time going over there I paid to get there and paid to get back home was a waste of money on lyft rides for nothing , also the fact that this groomers are supposed to be train to be able to take care of these dogs... you know sorry little rant here read more

The level of service in the grooming area is HORRENDOUS. Someone named Nikki took a look at my dog (a 14 year old Yorkie) and literally said her fur was too oily and she was too old to get a bath and a haircut there. I didn't know if she was joking at first, but she flat out refused. I didn't know dog discrimination was a thing. Literally still can't believe it. I'm never going back. read more

At first I really liked the grooming dept at PetSmart. However the last time I dropped my dog off it was horrible. It took 15 min to check her in. The girl could not figure the computer out to save her life. There was dog hair all over the stations but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they had just finished grooming a couple dogs. They said they would have her ready in about 3 hours. Four and a half hours later I called to check on her and they said she had been ready for a while. When I showed up to pick her up, there was a disgusting amount of shaved dog hair all over the floors, tables and counters (including the hair I saw 4.5 hours earlier). My dog was still damp and her nails were not trimmed. When I questioned it, they said they didn't have enough time to do it. Seriously?!?! We walked out coved in dog hair, that wasn't ours. I will NEVER take my dog there again! read more

Great, friendly staff. Lots of items for your pet, plus a Banfelid pet clinic in the back. Petsmart pretty much sets a standard on how a typical pet store should be and thats have a 3rd party clinic in house. read more

We moved to the neighborhood a few years ago and previously I have been happy with this PetSmart. Unfortunately, the service at this store has deteriorated in the past year and I will now gladly drive several miles to visit another store. Their bad service began when the graduation photos of our puppies training class were never given to us. We asked the trainer/employee about five times for the pictures and have yet to see them. When we walk in to the store, we will usually find the cashier talking with another employee and will then have to wait at the register as they slowly wrap up their discussion and attend to the interruption/customer. The final straw was the rude service we received at grooming the last time we were there. I called to speak with the manager only to hear the store does not have a manager. The store operations manager returned my call, apologized and asked me to give the store another chance. I gave the store another chance and the cashier did not enter my PetPerks card and did not allow me to enter it into the keypad. The cashier said I would automatically get credit for my purchase. What??? Will never go back. I called corporate to complain. They took my information and said they would forward the information to management. Several days I received a call from.... the store operations manager. He left a message on my phone. I did not bother returning his call. read more

This store was fine, but has been going a little down hill in resent months. When our groomer told us she was leaving, we went to the new store where she will work and it was very nice and the people were very knowledgeable. it's not too far away in Beaverton called The Holistic Pet Store. read more

I will never return to this pet smart grooming. First they had a puppy of one of the employees in the grooming area where is was implied this dog had no shots. I was very nervous about leaving my dogs there knowing this. When I returned to pick up my dogs after we had called to express our concern with the store manager I was pulled out in front of the vet area and told by an angry employee and given the here's what it is and that I had made a big mistake in what I heard. She also mention that if we were not happy with the service they provide perhaps we should go some place else... My partner was at the front of the store speaking with the manager and asked what was said in the grooming area. I explained that if we don't like the service that we can go someplace else. There was even more insult to injury that I will spare you the details. We will never return there and plan on filing a complaint with headquarters. read more
