My dog has had wonderful success getting her obedience Canine Good Citizen title and advanced titles in the other sports we've trained as well. For me the great part about training with Lynsey is that she is able to look at an end result and break that down into smaller, more manageable training pieces which will eventually combine into the more complicated end result. Additionally when we are hit with a training problem she is able to approach the problem from multiple angles sometimes finding insight that less rounded trainers just can't. She is always responsive and helpful with deep concern for her clients. Yesterday Petco had a flood and no customer was allowed in the store…read more I know this because I went to the store to buy a baby ferret and they said no customer was allowed in due to the flood They told me the baby ferret was still in there, and I could come back tomorrow So today I woke up and I got to Petco 10 minutes before they opened so I can be the first one in the store so I can buy this baby ferret Since no customer was allowed in the store yesterday an employee bought the ferret, and it was the same employee who told me to come back the next day to buy the ferret If customers can't come in and buy the animals, I don't think the employees should because I was at Petco yesterday way before the employee even bought the ferret and I was ready to buy the ferret and they told me I couldn't come in due to flooding, but the employee bought the ferret because she was allowed in the store because she was a worker

So I thought we would save some time and go here. Wow...I'm so glad I did. I was shocked to see that they carried my favorite dog food. I had switched to another brand because I was tried of ordering it. They even had the wet food in the Orijen brand. They also had my dogs favorite chews that I can only find at a store an hour from me. What a find! I left with a cart full and a big smile. This is my new pet store! I couldn't be happier about it. I'm just sorry I hadn't checked out this store earlier! Thanks Petco!

She also asked me several questions about our dog and took notes. I could tell instantly that she is a dog lover. While we were gone, she sent me photos of him and gave me updates. He was much happier sleeping in a home (vs an outdoor kennel) and she even provided the dogs an outside kiddie pool to enjoy. When I picked him up, she seemed genuinely sad to see him go. Normally, he jumps up on me when I've returned to a boarding businesses to retrieve him as he is so happy to go home. This time, he was very calm and took his time hopping into my vehicle. I could tell he was well cared for! The price is fair and comparable to other boarding places. We have found a new caretaker for our pet!

I was getting really nervous cause it usually doesn't take them that long. Finally they called me to pick him up. When I got there It took them 20min to bring my dog out from the back. when they brought out my dog. they cut him and said it was a itty bitty scratch. when I got home and looked at it. It was this big GASH!!! very DISAPPOINTED!! My dog is only 2Ibs and 11 months old. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!! They still made me pay for the big gash that they did to my dog. I'm honestly so frustrated that this happened!!!

I have sincerely loved shopping at and getting Hank groomed at Whisker Bones' home store for the last year. The staff is incredible, the treats are fantastic, and Hank's grooming has been so perfect! I really hoped the boarding facility would live up to the parent company reputation, but I was sadly so mistaken. We took our dog (a golden retriever puppy who lives up to every stereotype of such) to the mandatory screening/interview session to see if he could be permitted to attend daycare or boarding- standard practice, good idea, I totally agree with the concept. However, the assessor (I don't know his name, but he's a young man with a nose ring) brought in two very aggressive dogs who upset mine. My husband had to pull the "host dog" off of ours on two separate occasions because it got way to aggressive and dangerous. The host dog growled and barked, bore his teeth, and actually jumped all over our dog- twice! The assessor also said the host dog had earned the nick name of "the controller" since he apparently didn't like other dogs and felt the need to control them. Then, the assessor "evaluated" our dog on a scale of green light (passable), yellow light (cautionary, should not board), and red light (no day care, no boarding, beware), and considered our dog "yellow light" due to his "aggressive behavior." When in reality, the host dogs were so aggressive that hey had earned nick names for themselves as such, and my husband had to physically pull the host dog off of ours. It was truly such a heart breaking experience. I cried on the way home because I was so upset about the treatment of our dog. I'm sincerely disappointed, and I hate to give negative feedback, but I feel like it's very important that I share this experience. Club WB might be too new to see their weaknesses, but I would start with the assessor and the dogs he chooses to mingle with incoming pups to get a real pulse for it all. Today's experience was an actual true shame.

During this time I had some health issues and she never let me give up. She taught me new ways to play agility with my dog that took into account my health challenges. You select the one you want, an associate programs the machine and loads your new tag. Then you take over the keyboard by selecting how many lines you want. The next step is typing what you want on the tag and selecting a font. Final step is proofing and hitting the engrave button. When it's done engraving, you've got a fashionable tag for your new family member. The other item I needed was a coupler. I needed it for the seatbelt restraint. Instead of securing one dog, I now needed to make sure two dogs were safe while riding shotgun.
