The overall experience was great, business personnel was very professional and knowledgeable. They have any item for your loving pets in stock, the business is clean and welcoming. They need to do a little better with their pet grooming section, structure and order is key. - Samuel N. read more

Very unprofessional. They canceled last minute. Ladies rude. I dont recommend AT ALL.

as I walked in the lady at the register left the register to talk to another employee while she had the line of people ready to check out and was talking about irrelevant things. i got in line to check out and as I was going to walk up she decided to start texting while I was in front of her waiting to get helped. she than decided to start talking to an employee that was on the other side of the store about a dog adoption that already happened. so I was just waiting for her to bag my things and I get that she wanted to know about the adoption but that's not her job and again she had a line . I asked her politely if she could give me a bag because I waas in a hurry . and she didn't even look at me and said this is more important. I think this is a horrible way to treat your customers mostly because we should not have to be waiting on her to want to hurry and do her job if she has a line. If she wants to talk then she shouls do that on her lunch break because we have things to do as well. read more

They did a terrible job with my Luna , she's a very small shih tzu who's very calm and loving. She literally stays very still, she basically won't move unless you move her so I don't understand how she has a HUGE CUT on her stomach. I'm very disappointed and will definitely NOT BE BRINGING HER BACK. not to mention they gave her the SHITTIEST hair cut ever. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I adore Emma. She is always ready to help whenever I come in, asks about my day, and even offered to give me a hug when I told her about putting my pet to sleep. I've purchased many animals from her and she never fails to give you the right supplies depending on what you and your animals need. Always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face, as do the rest of the associates at this store. A++++!!! read more

This place has changed for the worse. The grooming salon sucks. They have cancelled 4 appointments on me and they groom dogs without up to date rabies shots. I came to get my baby's nails trimmed and they told me I needed to bring in his rabies records but they should be on file bc they groomed him since right? NOPE. They clearly don't keep that on file and she tried to tell me that he was up to date for his last appointment but now he's not. She was just covering her ass bc that is not true. His rabies were due Jan 13 but they groomed him on the 20th...before he got his shots on Jan 22nd... interesting. The service is terrible. You walk in and you have to stare them down for them to ask you if they can help. Idk what happened in the last two years but I cannot continue to come here and I hate it bc they are so close but I will drive for better service. The service here isn't even decent anymore. read more

I am beyond annoyed at Joo(groomer). She did not listen to our requests. She had our little boy Marley looking unrecognizable! She cut his ears all the way down, she cut off all the hair on his tail, ughhhhh I just can't. She claimed that his ears and tail were matted! We did notice a slight mat on his upper hair area on his ear but that's about it. Even if his tail was matted she had no right to shave it off completely. This is the worst $86 I have ever spent in my entire life! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PETSMART AGAIN!!!!!!! read more

The associate that works with the small pets was very rude and nasty. I wanted to get two guinea pigs for my kids. We were asking her a few questions and she acted like she didn't want to be dealing with us, like we were bothering her. Heading to a different PetSmart now, hopefully that one is better. read more

My review is mostly towards the pets hotel. We were away in a cruise to the Bahamas. Our dog had her first stay alone at the pets hotel. She ended up having stress reduced colitis. But they were on top of it! They sent her to the hospital for an overnight stay. They made sure she was well taken care of. They personally escorted her. Sent home food and meds, and called us and our emergency contact to update. I could not of asked for them to handle it any better than they did. Simply amazing, and frankly I will never use anyone else. Her new sister comes home in a few days and that should temper her loneliness. But thanks so much to the whole team for taking amazing care of our Roxy! read more

Overall a nice staff( especially a young woman with short hair) , but needed to do an interview for school on cats and they did not allow it. I asked if I could interview a staff member and this lady with pink hair said no not today because they were busy. Now today it's pouring and only about ten cars in the parking lot. She was on her phone when I originally asked her. Didn't seem busy to me, just seemed lazy and rude. read more

Foxy gets her grooming done here. We always go to Ian and he takes very good care of her. We often give her a Pomeranian Lion Cut and Ian knows how to do it without making her looking crazy like she lost patches of hair. read more

I have been coming to this Pet Smart for over 10 years now. Both my dogs use the pet hotel, the staff there are exceptional and they always take care of me. Everyone in the store is very kind and helpful and I've never had a problem with anything or anyone at the store. I know everyone that works there and they know me, which makes for a great customer experience. read more

This was my favorite pet store until today. No one came to the aquatic center to assist me. I patiently wait for 13 minutes and no one came to the area. Went to the register and still no help and told them Me and my four dogs, 3 cats, 2 snakes, 1 gecko and three aquariums full of fish will be shopping at Petco for now on. Thanku for nothing sincerely Sean Grady read more

This Petsmart is wonderful. It's gotten even better recently actually. I've come to notice that it has gotten a bit more organized and even more clean. The workers are always very welcoming and always make sure you're finding everything okay. It's just all around an amazing store now. I go to this store for all of my pet needs. read more

Horrible job grooming my 2 dogs. Gave them 2 tries but they do not follow instructions. Grooming area is filthy and from talk I overheard about other clients I would never return to this dirty place. read more

I've been going to this petsmart for a couple years, recently the main manager left but before he did the store just went to he'll in a hand basket. To say it's dirty is an understatement, I went once a week for 3 months and found the same dead roaches, furballs, and mold on the water fountain. If the parts of the store people can see are that nasty what does behind the scenes have? Almost every tank had fish floating, dead crabs dirty litter in the hamsters and the cats had no water on many occasions. When I told the worker she said the cats aren't their responsibility. Maybe it's a sign of the area or maybe it's lazy workers that would rather be on their phones than cleaning cages. read more

Got the whole grooming package for my great pyrenees dog. Waited for more than 3 hrs. Not only didn they not brush my dog's teeth, but they also did not explain why. My dog is such a behave dog. He doesn't bite or anything. So disappointed. read more

Just wanna say thanks to Kevin, who was super nice and informative about the reptiles here!

After battling rush hour traffic I arrived literally 2 minutes after 7:00. The girl at Banfield wouldn't look at the prescription for my dog's food to help his kidneys. Would it have been an ordeal for her to give me the necessary card so I could buy the food there? Evidently it was. She turned me away. I WILL NEVER USE BANFIELD OR PETSMART AGAIN!!!!! I ordered the food on Chewy.com for the same price. read more

The Grooming Salon is a let-down. Either they lose my appointment in the system or only have access to my pet's "expired" records- AFTER I've updated them (in person) several times. Perhaps this is a technology issue? Either way, it happens too frequently. Take your pet to Swanky Paws. Lose/ lose. Notice how Taylor A. in the comment section is saying the same thing about them losing her pet's records. read more

I spent over $200 on flea and tick control, not to mention the fact that I buy dog food, cat food and countless other items from pets smart every month. After my bad experience here, I will not shop at pets mart again. I went to return $120 worth of unopened flea collars simply because I felt frontline did a better job. The cashier was rude and refused to even get a manager to finish the return until I insisted. Then the manager told me she couldn't return it because it's a "medication." I'm pretty sure a flea collar is not medication...still $120 down the drain is not something I take lightly. If you're smart, you will spend your money elsewhere. read more

I boarded my two dogs with PetSmart for the week. I was quoted a price 1/3 of the charge of my final bill. I selected the platinum plan. In the past, my 20 lb dog cost more than my 12 lb dog. Now, they say they are the same price. I wasn't given the choice to board them in separate kennels. And, I wasn't given a second dog discount. In the platinum plan, the exit bath is included except at this location - they enter it as a separate line item. When I questioned it at PetSmart, the rep stated they couldn't do anything about it because they've had the bath (in which my kids immediately said they smelled horrible when we arrived home). I add all of this in because after talking to one of the Hotel Managers - the PetSmart location was willing to refund me my bath fee and they pulled my call and heard where the rep quoted me the price for both dogs that was $253. And, she did not say it was per dog! She did say the bath was included in the price. Fast forward - and now the charge is PER dog and not total. So, in my honest opinion - PetSmart participates in bait and switch. What was I to do? Leave one of the dogs? You have made money off of two dogs in one kennel and yet I'm supposed to eat the cost. This is the third time this has happened at this location. I told the Hotel Manager that she can pull all of my calls. Thankfully, we found some place else to board our pets. The cost we had to pay was more than some adults spend on international vacations. That's totally unacceptable PetSmart! read more

Took my dog to get groomed last Saturday. The person checking him in was very nonchalant. The biggest issue was the manager was grooming a small puppy behind her. She was shaving him/her and every comment made to dog was negative and impatient. She had his back leg straight back shaving it and he was wining and she said cut it out, stop, don't bite me, etc. Then she said "ok, you're going into time out and put him in the kennel. I TOLD THE REP SIGNING ME IN I DIDNT WANT HER TOUCHING MY DOG. SHE SHOWED NO PATIENCE AT ALL. I WAS/I'M FURIOUS. THEN I FOUND OUT SHE WAS THE NEW MANAGER. The reason I went there was my daughters friend worked there and did an exceptional job on him in April. I told them she was the only one that had my permission to touch my dog. They both felt the need to tell me my daughters friend was quitting - the manager ran out behind me to make sure I knew. I said that's fine. I'm never coming back there again anyway. Forgot to call the company to complain but will do tomorrow. Don't trust them to handle your precious animal. read more

On this past Memorial Weekend, we took our small dog to PetSmart PetsHotel for 2 days. This place looks clean and employees were friendly. Two days later when we picked up our dog, he looked like he's been living in a dumpster for days and he smell so terrible. His four legs are covered with yellow stain. I think in those two days, he eats, sleeps, walks, plays, pees, poops, in that 3'x3' cell without any attendant or care. To me, this is not a pets hotel, it is pets jail. read more

A big petsmart with everything you need. If you feed your dogs blue buffalo like I do this place has a great selection.

They have the absolute best groomers in the business. They've been taking care of my Smokey since I adopted him 6 years ago. Ever so often, they'll have the grooming class that does a phenomenal job, as well. Their customer service is unmatched. And coupons for all my Schnorkie's needs. I drive past 2 Petsmarts just to get to them. read more

2013 ish I took my Maltese for a hair cut. They cut my dog in the eye and he had to have emergency surgery. My dog then began to display aggressive behavior by bitting. You had to rub him at your own risk. Make a long story short had to get rid of him. 2018 have gotten another dog (Yorkie) took her to get a hair cut. The first time they didn't cut her correctly and I ask no bows in her hair( I ask to cut her body down as low as possible but hair on her legs and leave the hair on her head/ face long the way it is. I've been letting her hair grow on her head for two years now‍.). Manager called to ask about my experience ... told her what happen gave me $20 ‍Credit( bows in her hair , they didn't cut her feet back to see her nail polish) .. three months later take her back again. Lady ask do you want her the same way.. I said yes just cut the tip of her ears down a little. When I go to pick up my baby they have cut her hair off her head . And put bows in her head again..‍ read more
