Soled pet bed and toys returned to me!

I brought my 2 - 12 pound Yorkies here in a pinch while I had to go to a funeral from out of state. They allowed me to rent a room for my doggies without temperment eval since I was driving from Florida and I didn't want my doggies introduced to the dog population. Here is the problem in short: 1) Their camera were not working so no way to remotely check on the dogs. 2) Once they close in the evenings - there is no human there with the dog population until they re-open and since the cameras aren't functionable - no oversight for the dogs you paid for to be cared for while you, the owner are away. My dogs were picked-up on a Sunday morning at 9am and had been left since closing Saturday night before figure 5-6pm. That's 15 hours people! Alone - no humans! I paid money to basically abandon my pups to no-one! They were wall eyed and ready to get out of the facility - there toys and beds were soiled with feces and urine! Do not take you loved ones here!

If I could give this place a zero star review I would do it! I took my dog here for 2 days. The place had shut down, and we had seen that it had reopened. Me and my family had decided to take my dog there on 8/18/23 Before we took him he was fine no scratches or anything. We got back on 8/20/23 We picked up my dog and he could not get/jump up on the car sit. He would usually be exited and jump up the sit with out any problems. We found it strange but didn't think much of it. Like always my dog smiled bad. As we were going home my dog seemed scared. But as soon as we got home, we gave my dog a bath. After he went upstairs,he was struggling to go up. He would always run up the stairs but this time he couldn't. Soon he was licking his paw I looked and noticed some scratches on his paw and legs. I quickly showed my mom, dad, and brother. It had also looked like my dogs back was in pain. EVEN HIS NAILS WERE SCRATCHED! My brother made a appointment to take my dog in and see what they have to say. DONT COME HERE!

Little Five Points

Let me put it this way:…read more This place ain't about to give your dog some pedicure or give it a facial scrub. There's no nonsense, no pretense, and that's the best part. Alejandro just does his magic--all size puppies/dogs and non-neutered dogs too. Your dog will come out smelling like baby soap with flowing hair. Alejandro does an excellent job explaining what needs to be done to your dog--he will show you why sometimes you just gotta shave your dog instead of getting it shampooed, dematted, etc. He's great with animals, easily communicates and most of all, an awesome groomer. Thanks!

I've been going here for years and it's always been subpar but it's close to my job. The entire underside of his head has long, uneven, janky long patches. Every single piece is uneven with it's counterpart. He left a matt on his face. Random long pieces out of his ears. Random long pieces everywhere. One side of his snout is shaved close and the other isn't. There's shave marks all over his body, and he shaved his ears down. It's a shihtzu, that is not how you cut shihtzu's hair. I own a hair salon, I could have done so much better of a job. This was treated as an all over buzz down, not groomed. This is not a cut, style, or shape this is just a buzzed down hack job. I asked for a refund, he said he would "fix it". There's nothing to fix it's all hacked off. He said he doesn't give refunds, and as a salon owner I know that he could but just doesn't want to. I paid $135 for this for 2 dogs. Atrocious. I've never been amazed here, so this is not dog grooming, this is the dog buzz cut shop. If you don't care what your dog looks like, I guess go here. Oh, and he did not give them a bath, they came back smelling bad. So...just a hacksaw shave all over for $135, not fixable, and no refunds.
