    Petsmart grooming after Marie finished

    I have been taking my dogs here for many years and they are always so caring and professional and do such a great job. Currently I have a 10 year old female golden retriever named Ivy. She's had cancer in her nose and had radiation to cure it. She's had some major ups and downs and other health scares. I only have Marie the manager groom her as she does the most amazing job all over on her. But more importantly the level of care and concern over my girl is above and beyond. She knows I worry about Ivy being stressed and she takes her right away grooms her and waits with her out front in the salon not in the back for me to pick her up. All the staff is so wonderful, but just wanted to give a shout out to Marie who makes my pretty Ivy feel so loved and beautiful

    I had a lovely time walking around. They have a large selection of dog costumes. They have a hotel in the back that has been open since the 90s. They will also be adding veterinary services. The staff was very knowledgeable and overall a great way to spend time away from the heat with your pup. Also, they price match anything including their online prices.

    Never! Never! Take your puppy there. I was in the area and need a grooming, shaved close, explained that Oreo it might be a little nippy in the hind qtrs clean so be aware. Well, they call me and said pick up you dog because we only cut partially since he was agitated, and a bit aggressive. He looks like a half-trimmed puppy, paws were long, Face and neck area not touched. They even suggested to take him to a vet to get sedated before next grooming. They just STOPPED! I explained he had been groomed since being very young and never an issue, They were horrible! Gave me my money back. I went to Walmart to buy my own dog shaver and tried to finish his paws, and he was fine. Hoping get a experience private groomer who cares and know how to calm a puppy. Stay away from the Chain Store and there process salon !

    My dachshund always has a wonderful time at the PetsHotel at PetSmart Delray Beach. I think Adriana sets a stellar leadership example for the staff. The staff is very communicative and I have found that they are extremely reliable when it comes to relating to me and personalized care for my dachshund. I got a Pawgress report that outlined my dog's interaction during the entire stay. I highly recommend this location!

    Very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service and organization of the grooming department. I live in fort Lauderdale but I work in Delray. My elderly father lives in an assisted living place in Boca with his little Maltese, Zoey. Since my dad doesn't drive, I take Zoey to appointments. I previously took her to this PetSmart once before, and they did a fine job. The lady said to make an appointment for 6 weeks out. I immediately made the appointment online for today (July 10th) back on May 22nd (email confirmation pictured). I also have a voicemail from yesterday confirming my 8:30am appointment for today, July 10th (also attached). I showed up today and was told that although Zoey had an 8:30am appointment, the groomer wasn't scheduled to come in until 12:30pm. (?) Additionally, a pug came in as a walk-in just before me, and since they are a difficult health breed, they get serviced first and can't be kenneled. This pug did not even have an appointment! They should have advised that owner that they were booked. The manager said they couldn't even take Zoey for a later appointment because there was no room in the back & they were booked up. I had to drive Zoey all the way back to Boca and then come back (in rush hour) to Delray and be late for work. This was horrible customer service and I'm not going back to a place that can't honor an appointment made months ago.

    I just picked up my Chow chow from the pet hotel in Delray Beach, FL. He was supposed to stay in a suite, me and my husband made sure we booked the bigger room for him because he is a big dog. He stayed at the hotel from the 6th to today (14th), surprisingly when I arrived there I saw one of the employees putting him back in his room, which was the standard room, not the one we booked! She told me he had stayed there all 9 days and that is what they thought we booked. To disappoint me even more, I booked a bath for him today before I picked him up, and after getting him I noticed he was still a little wet on his paws, face and behind his ears, they didn't even brush him, there was fur falling everywhere and also his penis is really dirty, they didn't even bothered to clean it! And the worse of it all idk what they did to my puppy but he is been sleeping since I picked him up, he couldn't even go for a walk without stopping every 2 minutos to lay down after being locked in that small room for 9 days. Which I find very very suspicious since I also know that my chow howls and cries a lot every morning and every time I called they affirmed me that he was just fine and didn't howl at all, weird, since it's been his first time away from me and he is just a puppy.

    Marie is our go to groomer. She is wonderful w my special needs dogs. All the groomers we have had there are caring and do a great job!

From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.

I took my dog Riley to meet with…read moreshay who recommended us to one of his trainers for in-home training on feb 4, I explained that my dog was very smart and obedient, but I wanted a safe way to get him used to other dogs because Riley freaks out every time we take him on a walk when he sees another dog. I felt the sessions the trainer provided us were kind of weak and basic, during the course of 5 months the office or the trainer canceled several times. I paid for 10 sessions and got 7 sessions all of which I was told were supposed to be 1-hour sessions but never got more than 45 mins total per session. I called a few weeks ago after no contact from their main office or trainer for a month asking what was going on and for a refund, but they haven't responded other than to know they don't offer refunds. I feel their main office and trainers do not do a good job of contacting you and my dog is still terribly scared of other dogs and has made little improvement.
