I don't have words to say how amazing (only)MARY from their grooming is. I have two rescue dogs that definitely need some special love and she really exceeded any expectation I could possibly have. She's amazing and even if a grooming spot opens right next to my house - we will go out o our way to go to Mary. Our pups love, love, love her!!! read more

Called petco and petsmart before I made the drive and chose petsmart because the salesman was nicer to me on the phone. His name was Bruce & he gave me more input on what I was looking for. When I arrived 45 min later, he actually greeted me at the door. AND even asked me if I'm the one who called. Two associates showed me the in-ground systems & gave me great tips. Loved the adoption center they had. Grooming center was FULL and the dogs coming out looked incredible. Great store. Thanks guys! read more

Wow! I've been going to this store for ten years but will not any more. I rented a shampooer this afternoon only to find out it's broken. Damn thing dumped a bunch of water into my carpet and won't suck it up. I called first to make sure they had a backup and they don't - they only have two machines, both of which are broken. I was informed that I can bring it back for a refund and find another petsmart to rent from. Wow! So glad I wasted part of my day on this adventure and I feel so grateful that they will offer a refund. Unvelievable!!!!! read more

Angel from the grooming department is great! 2 out of the 3 times that we have taken our dog there it has been fantastic dealing with her. The one time we didn't make the appointment with Angel the groomer did such a horrible job the manager herself told me there was no charge for the services. read more

So I have adopt little furry human, he's a puppy. We had to take him to get his nail trim they suggest we file them since he was still little 6 bucks didn't see a difference but oh well. At the counter I had seen a PetsMart's Puppy Starter Kit so I decide to purchase it. So far the experience is so so I got a free puppy bag that was cool. So then I decide to take little Àbéar for his puppy bath. I was so disappoint they really didn't say all that came include they ask about trimming him and nail cut... Well the coupon says include well not occurring to them. An hour later I pick up little Àbéar and his nail this time are trim and his paws hair trim but I don't even think they took him a bath! He had little flakes his hair was the same. 25 bucks later I think I paid for nail trim they didn't tell anything they did my Puppy coupon didn't even work they said something that it's only 10.00 value. Well it's states that if he's 5 months plus my puppy is 3 months . I think all they did to him is cut his nails put puppy perfume. Left disappoint read more

PetSmart - This him after his puppy bath and trim... Don't see what they trim expect his puppy paws. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Conroe, Texas

Huge selection of everything! Definitely the largest PetSmart I've been to. Also has a Banfield hospital, pet hotel and doggie daycare.

Today I took my dog into the grooming salon for a simple bath. After 3 hours, I had not heard anything, so I called to check on her...she still had not had a bath. After 6 hours, I called and said I was coming to pick her up regardless. At this time they said "oh she is ready...we forgot to call you." When I picked her up, she was dehydrated and disoriented. I do not believe they give their dogs water while they wait for their grooming/bath, and it must be very hot. It is the middle of the summer in Texas. After 6.5-7 hours, my puppy was not the same as she was when she walked in. She could not walk straight, follow commands like usual and was clumsy (abnormal for her). She got home and IMMEDIATELY drank an entire bowl of water. She is fine now...dehydration from the day. Please be careful with this place. I will not be taking my pet there again. read more

This place sucked. There were barely any crickets alive in the small container. When we walked in and i naturally look at the bettas and me and my boyfriend found 3 dead. One of the dead was sitting in yellow water whilst rotting and decomposing. The other two were decomposing as well. The fish tanks in the back with live fish in them were dirty and unkempt. There were dead fish in them too. The associate who helped us didnt seem to care about the dead fish in the tank and when we asked for a lizard to get them outta that hell hole he didnt seem enthusiastic or like he wanted to be there. I have never been so upset and angry at a store with live animals and their lack of care. read more

this place is a one stop shop for animals. from cats to dogs and birds to fish. they have everything. they have a huge supply of different brands of food and treats which makes it easier when you are buying for more than one animal read more

I have gone to this groomer with my GSD in The Woodlands, TX since around 2017. So you can imagine my complete Shock when I picked up my German Shepard and they cut ALL her hair off :((( I mean all of her hair!!! I paid to have her a deShedding which is an extra cost, so why would this company charge me this extra price and then cut the dogs hair as short as it could be cut?!? They must be very incompetent. Then only gave a partial refund, no one will call me back to discuss this matter, nor reply back to my email. I no longer will do business with you guys!!! read more

Will is always super helpful and informative when we are shopping or having issues with aquariums. Tanks are always clean & fish look healthy. Also, they recommend other places, if they aren't able to provide your wants or needs. 5 stars for Will...4 stars for whole store. read more

Please do not go here for dog grooming. They should change the name of the dog grooming store to dog shaving store. We were assured over the phone and in person they would not shave our double coated dog. They then proceeded to lie to my wife, get her to sign a waiver (even though they promised it was just a trim not a shave), and proceeded to shave the entire dog. They showed no remorse and even lied about words that had been said. My wife left in tears. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the 4 dogs in the grooming area were ALL being shaved. Apparently, this is all they can do. read more

Unfortunately I just had a terrible experience that is ruining my Christmas Holiday, a month ago called to make a boarding reservation for my pet from 23-25 which was accepted, my concerned was that I was coming from abroad and my pet's documentation is foreign. They said it wouldn't be a problem as long I had everything in order and a vert's certificate and all vaccines in order. Finally the drop off day came (dec 23rd) and they didn't took my pet's vaccine book which showed all vaccines to date, neither the vet's certificate, and the rabies certificate wasn't enough. As I replied that I called a month ago to make the reservation and expressed my concerns they replied that that was the call center's problem and that couldn't take my pet in. So I am about to loose my Christmas holiday reservations for me and my family since it is almost Christmas and there is no place to leave my pet. Their lack of internal coordination and professionalism is about to cost me a Christmas Its been 5 days since they ruined my family's Christmas vacay and haven't gotten and answer from PetSmart since my complaint. In techy times like this a failed customer service is not a luxury big corporations can have. PetSmart used to be my yo go place, not anymore. read more

Alicia Demidio, groomer, at Petsmart Portofino, Shenandoah is wonderful! She is caring with my Maltese and always makes her look beautiful.

Angel does such a good job with my Yorkie, Coco. She always does exactly what I request

Robin did so good on our dog!!! The staff is very nice! We had our dog groomed and bathed and she looks so cute!!! Love this groomer!

I kept my Dachshund here for three days. Her blankets came back smelling like urine and even though I paid for a bath she smelled awful. The problem is that they do not walk the dogs in an area with grass. My little girl does not poop on concrete. I had my doubts, but against better judgement I left her there. When we got home she jumped out of the car window in my driveway trying to get to the grass to poop and almost broke her back. It was a nightmare and yes she should have been in her car seat. She broke her canine tooth. I would not recommend this facility. She has been traumatized since I brought her home. Do not take your small pets for boarding there!!!! I also hear that you have to potty train your pets all over again. read more

Do to my dissatisfaction with the Magnolia Petsmart near my house, I visited the Shenandoah location to get a halter for my puppy. We were immediately greeted when we came in the door. We were ask if there was anything we could be helped with. Very nice gentleman showed us where the halters were and helped us pick out a size that was appropriate for my dog, then he walked over to the register and completed the transaction. He was very nice, and thanked us kindly, it was very very pleasant experience. Found my new petsmart!!! read more

I bring my very precious puppy dog only to this groomers/store as I feel all pay her special attention and take care of her. My last visit yesterday, 6/27/16 resulted in exceptional service. I would like to thank Mark the manager that happened to be walking by the register when I was asking the cashier a question about my grooming bill. It was correct, I just wasn't sure of what was included in the $22 fee which ended up being for her ear cleaning, teeth brushing and nail grinding. Mark happily answered my questions and then asked the cashier to give me a $5 coupon as I thought the cost for these items was $5 less. He didn't have to do that but he did and all it costs Petsmart was $5 and in return, I plan to tell people of my exceptional expierence and encourage others to visit this location which will result in more than $5. Customer service and appreciation goes a long way, THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me and making me fees appreciated! read more

I'm sorry that I gave this place 1 star as I could not give any less. Now don't get me wrong the store itself and the banfeild hospital great. But the grooming salon, it was such a horrible experience not only for my dog but also for me that I have nothing but scorn for these so called professional groomers. I drive half an hour, my dog gets car sick, I clean it up but figure hey I'm bringing her for a grooming anyway ( wanted her to look pretty for Christmas you know). I drop her off. They tell 4 hours I get a call 4 hours later sayin that she was "stressed out" whatever that means So they attempted to take her for a bath but she whined a little so they did nothing Instead decided to keep her locked up for 4 hours anyway. Then when I go to pick her up and I have a thing or two to say The groomer has the nerve to be obnoxious, stuck up, argumentative and just plain old rude. While the other groomers stood there saying they didn't have a clue as to the incident. Now I don't wanna name anybody but....... Cough.... BETTY.....cough...... Was the "professional groomer". Just be prepared to waist your dough, have your dog traumatized and yourself insulted if you go here. read more

I've been taking my maltipoo here for the past year and it has been great. The customer service has been wonderful and they have done a great job taking care of my little dog. I will start requesting Anne-Marie to take care of my little dog. She was the sweetest and had wonderful customer service! read more

Ashton has been taking care of my little 3 lb. Yorkie for 6 years and has treated her like her own. Bitzy was always well taken care of and groomed beautifully. Even when she went blind, she was still pampered and loved. I have even recommended Ashton to other folks who are in need of doggie grooming,. (May I say that Mary has also been loving to my little one and does a good job, when Ashton is not available).. Thank you girls for loving my little girl. read more
