I have seen numerous cats and dogs that Robin Mc Neel has groomed. She is just amazing!! Her knowledge is second to none, and no one cares more about your animals than she does. As an animal lover, who loves my dogs, I have never seen anyone who can trump Robin. Your welcome!

Not sure why I haven't written a review before but I've been going here for 6 months and have never had a problem with their stores or trainers. I took my dog Rocket here for intermediate training and it was very successful with their trainer Ryan. Staff is also very helpful and always great my dogs.

Grooming Dept. cut my dog & never mentioned it.

Please beware if you take your pet to the grooming dept! The groomer at Petsmart cut my dog's paw & did not mention it to me when I picked her up! When I got her out of the truck, there was blood all over the back seat. I looked at her front paw & it was bleeding. I called the store, they apologized & told me to take my dog to the vet inside the store. The next day, when the vet was open - I took my dog back into Petsmart, showed the grooming dept, & then took her to the vet. They told me to put neosporene on her paw for a few days. Petsmart refunded my money. This was my first & last trip to Petsmart Grooming.

I only go to these places because my wife loves our dog so much she literally treats it like a human...NO LIE! LOL - Well, I gotta say that this place is definitely a top notch "pet store", and I can truthfully say this because as soon as you walk into this place, you don't have to endure THAT smell. The employees are very courteous and helpful, and we've actually found a couple of good deals on meal supplies.

Bought an inflatable dog collar from here a week ago. Opened it today, when my pooch actually needed it. It was covered in about an inch-tick layer of another dog's hair. A collar they sold as 'new.' Thanks, my sick dog that is currently on anti-inflammatory meds needed exactly an inch of another dog's hair that's probably contaminated with ringworm to feel better. First, you injure my pup at the doggy day care, second you give me a cat that has ringworm for adoption, last you sell me used bs as new goods. I mean, I would understand a hard-to-notice scratch on a pet gate that was returned. But this one was CLEARLY used more than once. I hope y'all go out of business and get heartworm.

All your pets needs met in one place! This store is quite large and offers vet services, grooming, pet adoptions and dog training in addition to a wide variety of pet foods, treats and toys. You can bring your pet in with you and let them shop right along with you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are quite a variety of animals around to observe and/or adopt. We saw fish, hamsters, lizards, turtles, snakes, cats and dogs just to name a few.

My dogs are accustomed to being around, just our family and don't always be friend new people readily. They immediately took to the owner, Brian. Our dogs are on a diet where they have a mixture of dry and wet food that require refrigeration or freezing. That was no problem at all for the owner to accommodate. The fellas looked well cared for when my son picked them up! My son forgot to check for the dogs blankets when he picked them up and Brian kindly drove them down to the city where we live so that the dogs would have them. I will definitely use Hicks Farm again and I highly recommend them!

Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I have expressed genuine concerns over the fact prior to adopting my girl, she had to have one of her legs amputated due to patellar luxation and have asked Dr. Stone to check it each and every time to make certain all is well. (most recent visit was in Sept. Suddenly, this past week our girl began limping severely, and I had to wait two days to get an available appt to see another Dr as Dr Stone only works Fri and Sat. This other Dr. - a male, wasn't too helpful but referred us to a local ortho surgeon after telling me my girl had stage 2 luxation - which as you will read later makes me question his level of expertise. The vet he referred us to has a very low rating (3.6) and wanted over $285 JUST FOR A CONSULT! This is after paying the fee to get the "professional consult" of the Dr we saw. I did some research and everyone said that "Blue" vet hospital is terrible and to avoid them. So I did. Now I am questioning the practices of this Clinic. Don't they care who they refer their patients to? And he diagnosed my girl with Stage 2 but the very next day I went to the best orthopedic surgeon in the state and he did the surgery that day - telling me she was a severe stage 3 and clearly had been at that level for some time as the stages don't progress that rapidly. Now, I am questioning whether I even want to continue pet care here. My gut is telling me no.
