I wanted to get a quote for 10 days of daycare. Initially the quote was for over $600.00. WHAT?! I left then returned, thinking there had to be some misunderstanding. I thought the marquee advertised $26/day? I reviewed the Price pamphlet which said I could buy an 8 day pass for $43/day or $344.00 or $38/day for 8 days or $304.00 per month (2 month minimum). No 10 day deals, but there are 12 day deals that save a whopping $2/day!! I've never been more confused by price options! For goodness sakes! So how does the Paranoid Owner respond? May 10, 2025 "Scott, good try it's sad when a struggling competitor hires you trying to hit our Yelp rankings. I have reported this as Yelp is cracking down on twisted business practices like this. You intentionally twisted the $600 unlimited package which is $22-$26/day (we show the high end $26 on our marquee) and conveniently left that cost off your comparison comments. Anyone with a brain can see daycare is not $600 for 10 days. Our pricing is online and anyone can see 8-12 days of daycare is between $36 and $43/day. Good try." If I wanted to "Hit Yelp Ratings," anyone with half a brain would realize I would have given ONE star for the twisted advertising that omits the fact customers must pay $600.00 for an "Unlimited Package" to receive a $26.00/day deal. The owner John answered the millions questions that I had about leaving the dogs for daycare and group. He gave me a tour of the entire facility and introduced me to some of his staffed, everyone was super friendly. They have cameras located all around the facility that pet parents have access to through an app. They also have the cameras at the front where all people who come in can watch while they wait for their pups.They knew all the dog names and the owners just by the cars pulling up. I can tell this facility truly cares for the animals that come in to be under their care. Out of all the facilities I have toured this is one I would say you should see if your dog fits in! read more

Way too many dogs. Within an hour after leaving my 9 month old submissive pup, he got bitten on the nose which broke the skin. The staff called to tell me that he got a 'scratch' on his nose. Even the owner call and said he wanted to touch base about ' his nose from this morning.' But NO ONE would admit or say it was a bite, until I asked specifically was it from a claw or a tooth. Owner response still did not acknowledge the BITE. I asked to view the video, and was denied with the claim it was 'out of view'. read more

My dog loves Dogtopia, we do too, but what we don't love about Dogtopia is the fact he has come home with kennel cough a few times we have boarded him. I know it's a risk that comes with boarding our dogs, but with immunizations being required for every dog, it shouldn't be a recurring event like it has been here. I hate writing a negative thing about Dogtopia, because we do really appreciate the kindness that they have treated our dog and us with! The handlers love him and it's such a great way to socialize him more. We are a bit more reluctant to board him there because of this, but Dogtopia will continue to get our business when we are going out of town because of the friendly and loving staff. Dogtopia is the best thing I've spent money on. It sounds crazy taking your dog to daycare but it's not. Dogtopia has been the best thing for my corgi since she was 7 months old. The team works with the dogs and is constantly challenging their minds with different day to day activities. Dogtopia has taught my dog how to be social. The staff is also amazing. Every time I pick up my baby they give me a verbal report on how her day was. For her birthday, Chelsey took a birthday photo with her! It was the best place 2 years ago. Oh how things have changed for the worst. Over 25 dogs had kennel cough and they never told pet parents. They are all about the money now. They are horribly over capacity and under staffed. I have never see such a horrible turn over in staff. I pulled my dog out of there after 2 years. Dogs get hurt there and excuses are made. Don't expect to hear the truth from anyone. They are suppose to have 2 coaches per room at all times. Dogtopia Corporate will tell you that also that there is a capacity on how many dogs per room unlike what they tell the per parents that ask about it the The Woodlands Dogtopia. If only they had not gotten greedy and kept everything the way that it should be. If only they had kept the standards that they once cared about. Too bad they got greedy. More dogs more money. After having several nightmarish experiences with dog boarding facilities, I found Dogtopia through a friend who uses them. I gave them a call to get a list of their prices and schedule a tour. I loved that they are very transparent. They have cameras that you can watch your pet on while they are staying, plus all of the rooms are behind glass windows that can be viewed when you come into the facility. They took me through every room and showed me how everything is operated. It really is like a daycare facility. Each dog has its own cubby and crate marked with its name when they come for the day. they also took my babyies pictures and gave them to me with a short report on their "first day" of daycare. They offer boarding, grooming, and daycare. They also have an app that makes It super convenient to book your stay or grooming services. I feel so much more at ease bringing my fur babies here. I want to thank Dogtopia for saving our relationship with our rambunctious puppy. I thought I was an experienced dog owner, but our new puppy bested me and my husband with her energy and barking. Two weeks at Dogtopia has solved our three biggest behavioral issues we had with her! She got much needed socialization and doggie manners she couldn't learn from our senior dog and isolation due to COVID. She is now also fully potty trained and crate trained, and is able to communicate effectively when she needs to go. She stopped nipping and biting my senior dog. She stopped jumping all over us, and has stopped her full-chested, ear piercing barking at everything. I took my two dogs here yesterday to get groomed by Taylor. They came back exactly how I wanted. Taylor does such a great job. They really look good. I would highly recommend her services. I was also pleased with Dogtopia. I was able to leave mine for a free day care day too. They were so pleasant and went over every procedure for the dogs day. I enjoyed hearing about the everyday activities and what they would be doing. It made me feel comfortable leaving them. I enjoyed being able to see them on the video whenever I wanted to check on them. It made me feel relaxed knowing they were in good hands. I was there when the dogs were dropped off in the morning and the staff was so happy seeing each one come in. They all seemed so happy with all the furry friends. We have been looking for a doggy daycare/boarding facility. We brought our dog in for a meet and greet-this is where they meet your dog, check the dog's temperament and evaluate how your dog will interact with other dogs to determine which play room will be the best fit. While they do this they give you a tour of the facility and a casual presentation about their business model and values. My husband and I were very impressed! I emailed a request for a meet and greet on a Friday night and got a call not long after responding to my request. We were able to schedule a meet and greet for the next day. The front office staff, particularly Julie who gave us the tour were so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell they love dogs and love their job. John took our dog for her eval and then we were able to watch her interact with other dogs on their web cams and be reassured she was doing well. I was not sure how I would feel about leaving my dog here before her "meet and greet" but upon leaving felt like I had found my dog her second home and feel 100% comfortable leaving her here for the day! read more

I'm not someone who typically spends money like this on my dog, but it has been so beneficial that it's worth every penny. My dog Mila loves it here! She's come out of her shell, and is much better at interacting with new dogs and people. The owners and staff know each dog (and dog-owner), and will find the best playroom for each dog. The spa and boarding services they offer are also a bargain, especially for members. I highly recommend Dogtopia for any dog! They also have an app with camera access to each playroom and outdoor area so that you can watch your dog play all day while you're away at work or running errands. read more
