Frannie is the sweetest! Every time we come in she gets down and says hello to my dog. She is kind and gentle and extremely attentive. I would definitely recommend! read more

Have already been there 3 times and they are always out of my dogs food. They obviously don't know how to stock items right.

We took our puppy, Nico to the training classes here. They teach using the clicker training technique. Chris was our trainer and he was awesome!!! I'd highly recommend Chris - and Petsmart! read more

I've always had a pleasant experience here, whether it was buying dog supplies or fish. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Worst petsmart I have ever been to! Employees don't care and aren't interested in helping you.

My trainer got our times mixed up several times which led to a frustrating hour round trip wasted. When it came time to make up our hours missed I was met with negativity and decided to just cut my losses. She also said my dog wasn't going to be able to make friends with other dogs. I learned that this wasn't true with another trainer (not at petsmart). I wish that I had known a long time ago so I could have addressed the root of her behaviors sooner..: but my dog does know how to sit now, hence 2 stars. read more

If I could rate this place with no stars I would: I took my Maltese to get a grooming a week ago and I was petting him today and I saw some brownish-black things and I assumed they were flees because when I went to pick it it flew away. I called petsmart and told them what was going on and not only was I on hold for over 10 minuets I was transferred from person to person over 4 times. After I finally got on the phone with the correct person, I explained the situation to her and she proceeded to tell me that she could not do anything and that I would be charged the normal amount for a flee bath, I decided that I was not going to go there ever again. So I called petco and I booked a flee bath appointment and when I went to go pick him up the lady at petco told me that petsmart didn't give my dog flees but they BURNED HIM. Yes, you read that correctly petsmart BURNED MY DOG. I have had multiple terrible experiences with petsmart and I will never return there ever again. read more

My pet fracture their hip and Banfield did not provide a treatment regimen, implying for us to sacrifice our animal! Our pet, after visiting another veterinarian, was treated properly and our vet said do not even consider putting our precious down!!! Be cautious of Banfield and as always get multiple options when you even consider something as drastic as your pet's life! read more

The staff were helpful and kind and said hello to our pets. The location is quiet and the line was short. We tend to find what we need. Store seems clean and organized. read more

I brought my older husky storm to get groomed and Jamie did a fantastic job she was very patient with her and made her feel very comfortable from the moment we stepped in. Will definitely be using them from now on! read more

Weekends are great to go adopt a new pet. Save money and get a great pet that has all of it's shots.

For grooming ask for Matthew. Matthew was the first groomer I've found that actually listened to what I wanted done, and understood exactly the look I was going for on my pup. I thought that would be impossible to find, but it's not. Moreover, he was conscientious on the phone as well, keeping me informed and actually finished early. Now Matthew will be the only one grooming my dog. read more

What a wonderful job the grooming department did with my dog Buddy. Ashley the groomer listened to my concerns in a professional and polite way. Buddy was groomed exactly as I requested. We will be going back the next time he needs to be groomed." read more

I left my dog for grooming and received a phone call after 30 minutes telling me that they coudn't groom her she was very difficult . My dog is 14 years old and I had specifically asked for an experienced groomer that can deal with older dogs..they booked me with one groomer and then gave me another groomer named Claudia that was very hostile to me and my dog. The manager and the groomer ganged up on me I had to leave with my dog with the worst feeling and my dog looking horrible. They gave her a partial haircut that made her look horrible. I have never been treated this way at any grooming salon. The groomer screamed at me from the top of her lungs " Have a nice day" in a very disrespectful and sarcastic manner. I had the worst experience at Petsmart. People like that should not be working with dogs. When you leave your dog with a groomer, you are leaving a family member. You are trusting that they are professional and kind. Persmart staff are neither, don't ever go there to have your dogs groomed. read more

My boyfriend and I bought 2 gerbils in January from this Petsmart in boca raton. We loved and cared for them and poured a lot of money and care into them. We took care of them just how the store and reliable websites said too. One morning in February I woke up and they were both bleeding... they had been fighting, i was lucky i found them when i did because any longer and they would be dead. I nursed them back to health and kept them in separate cages, doing everything the Petsmart and websites said to do. They both kept showing weird behavior that is NOT normal in friendly happy gerbils. They were over grooming and scratching at the glass. So I poured more money and love into them (all from Petsmart). Eventually i wanted to reintroduce them because that's what the STORE said to do. I took months in preparing them to be reintroduced. they were in my bathtub everyday (in neutral territory) and they were fine. I cleaned the cage they were going to be with. I even sprayed it down with an $8 deodorizer that i bought from the store. That night i was watching them and they were tumping their legs and all the sudden they were fighting. i had to rip them off of each other with a towel. THIS IS NOT NORMAL BEHAVIOR FOR GERBILS! I have done everything they have said to do. The lady at the store ADMITTED to me and my sister that some mornings they will come in and the gerbils will have eaten each others brains! I went online and they said that it must be the breeder they get it from. My sister bought gerbils a few months before me from the same place and is having similar problems. THE CAGE IS SMALL AND DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH BEADING OR THINGS TO CHEW (and it is the same for all the rodents and guinea pigs)! I will never shop here again. read more

We love this PetSmart grooming...Especially Jennifer....they are engaged in making you and your pet have a wonderful time...

Always difficult to get anyone to help. Today there was no one around so I couldn't get the dog bed I wanted. Checking out with my other items was a nightmare. read more

This is in regards to my dogs grooming experiance. AVOID this establishment at all costs if you care for your pets. My dog was left crying and howling- locked inside of a tiny cage for 3 hours. When i finally decided to call to check in the employee made me aware they had tried contacting me (on a phone number that i had JUST updated with them upon dropping off the dog!) to tell me they were unable to get him out of the cage due to vicious behavior. My dog is 3 years old, 12lbs and has NEVER given any issues. The manager was totally incompetent to say the least. read more

I brought my two dogs in there for a bath the dogs are dachshunds so all they get is bath, ears cleaned, and nails grinder. I spoke to the girl who was already at the counter and told her my number has changed we went over it THREE times ok she said I will call you when they are done so I left. After almost 3 hours I decided to call and another girl answers the phone and said oh we tried to call you three times but you didn't answer. I told her my phone has no missed calls at all! They called me on the number I don't have any more! I said are you kidding me I went over my new number three times with her!!! Well then they tell me that the boy dog won't let them take him out of his cage and he is trying to bite them! The dog has never bit anyone or has ever shown signs of aggression! They had him locked in a cage for three hours and had been opening it up trying to get him out to do the bath and god knows what else went on there! I got there and went to the back to get my dog he flew out of the cage crying and shaking and out of breath from barking, they didn't even put water in the cage for him! I will never go back there and I advise people not to bring there pets there! If you do its at your own risk!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS A DOG HOUSE OF HORRORS!!!!!! read more

Ashley is incredible and so were the other girls working this morning. Marshmallow is my baby and always nervous leaving her anywhere. They were so very nice and pleasant and when I picked her up I realized I was so quick to leave that I forgot to say thank you for how adorable she looked and smelled. See you next time and I highly recommend. read more

I bought a pet Rat from the Boca Raton Petsmart, and while the staff was extremely polite and helpful, the animal was COMPLETELY unsocialized. Literally terrified of people. She hasn't even been taught not to bite. I mean really, no one in the store has 5 minutes a day to spend handling the animals? This little rat is gonna be just fine, but only because I know rats and have no problem forcibly socializing her. If a small child had gotten this as a first pet it would have ended up being let go outside or killed. I expect so much more from such a well established company; for shame. read more

I agree with the previous reviewer. Chris is a wonderful trainer and has been just the perfect match for our dog, Augy. I do not think the clicker is essential, but the courses are set up in a very logical and helpful way. Chris is a real expert and the dogs respond to him very well. A+ L. and A. Worst store I've ever been to. The managers Alex and Maryanne are rude and act like they don't even care. Alex gives you looks like there is a problem or you're doing something wrong and Maryanne talks down to you. I came in to simply buy dog toys, a leash/harness for my dogs. I do not recommend you going here if you don't know what you're doing because they will give you horrible/wrong advice!!! read more

I have been a long time customer ...but I took my two dogs in to be groomed. When I made the appointment I was never told that the person that has been grooming the pups was no longer there. Our little female is a little fearful, so my husband said please take the male in first and then she will follow (they have never been apart) They wouldn't listen to him and took her in first with a choker collar on dragging her into the back room, and my husband became upset and told her ( Shannon) she is not listening to how to handle our female and was told that she is a professional and knows what she is doing . He also told them to put the two pups side by side so she can see him, they didn't and she became very upset. About an hour or so later I receive a call that they weren't going to groom her, because she was aggressive. We were at work and couldn't go and get her, so when our other pup was ready we went to get them and I insisted on going in the back to get her out of the cage and they weren't even near each other and she had NO WATER in her cage and she had been there for 5 hours. When I asked why there wasn't any water in with her they said that it was taken out because she was getting wet. She was as dry not even damp,When we got home the poor pup was so thirsty she drank and drank. I did receive a call from the store about a week later and there was no apology, Jennifer the groomer supervisor denied everything and was not pleasant at all, I think the only reason Jennifer called me was because I put a complaint in to corporate. After speaking with Jennifer yesterday, I place another call into corporate, for the was Jennifer handled the call. They really don't care for the dogs, it is a shame. read more
