Our dogs are on a diet where they have a mixture of dry and wet food that require refrigeration or freezing. That was no problem at all for the owner to accommodate. The fellas looked well cared for when my son picked them up! My son forgot to check for the dogs blankets when he picked them up and Brian kindly drove them down to the city where we live so that the dogs would have them. I will definitely use Hicks Farm again and I highly recommend them!

Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I left my dog along with my cousins for 3 nights in the same large size cabin. Plenty of space for both and they had access to a run through a doggy door. For my cousins dog they were super nice and put a ramp for him since he was probably going to tumble down the step or 2 two once out the doggy door. Staff is super nice, really appreciated they washed the blanket and towel we left with them. Girl apologized that the bed wasnt washed in time so I appreciated the effort considering I was prepared to do that anyways. I chose this place because of the open outdoor space they had as well as its far enough away from heavy traffic. I have an anxious dog and I figured less noise would help her sleep a bit better. Staff was also great about giving her her meds! Thank you to the lovely girls I encountered working there, id definitely bring my dog back here if she ever needs to be boarded again.

We have a 9 mo old Chocolate Labrador pup and he was getting to the age where he absolutely needed…read moreregular interaction with other dogs other than our Yorkies. Work was picking up and family appointments got us rather busy and it wasn't acceptable to leave our pup at home alone and bored. We knew that without proper mental stimulation and play that he would grow bored and start learning new, destructive "games" and behavior to entertain himself. We have used CLR many times of the years for our other pets (now deceased or living with a daughter) and we were always satisfied but hadn't ever utilized a doggie day care. So we started taking Angus to Doggie Day care for 2 days a week and a sleep over and he comes home SO BALANCED. I actually had to look at his adoption paperwork again because I could have sworn that he was coming up on a year. He was 8 months old and started acting like a 3 yr old dog! AWESOME!!! He is still very much a puppy, but because he is interacting with his older Lab buddies there he is like the little kid who got to hang out with the grownups! They have rubbed off on him socially and he cannot wait to load up in the car/truck cab to go to CLR!! When he sees me packing his overnight bag the night before, he starts getting excited. He KNOWS exactly where he is going he ADORES CLR and the staff there. This has completely been the best decision I have made for him and I am able to use this time as a mommy's day out and get things done for work all while he is being entertained and having a great time. When we pick him up at the end of the 2-day stay, he is so worn out from healthy play that he has a calmness in his demeanor and he will sleep most of the next day. Mentally, there is nothing I could have done better for our sweet baby boy and he shows us all of the time -- just the sweetest boy. I cannot recommend Circle Lake Ranch enough -- especially for all of these larger pups living in suburbia. They get supervised play in a SAFE environment where you know ALL pets are vetted and healthy. You cannot get that in a doggie park, folks. And you don't know if those at the dog park allow negative behavior at home or don't properly vet their pets. HUGE bonus here. THANK YOU to the STAFF at CLR!

When one our dogs had cancer and was on chemo she had to be separated from other dogs but the staff made sure she had extra cuddles and walks not to mention giving her the meds. Doggie day care is second to none! Lots of room to run and play outside with plenty of supervision. This is the only place I will take my dogs and cat.

My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. As a matter of fact, as soon as the Labradoodle gets out of the car, she runs and jumps right on the grooming table excited to get started. Lauren uses the best grooming products and our dogs smell so good when they come home. She even offers teeth brushing and cleaning and each dog has their own toothbrush that she stores for you. You can request a full or mini groom and her prices are extremely reasonable. We have standing appointments every six weeks because she books up quickly, so I would highly recommend doing the same to avoid too much time between groomings.

Ashley and the team have been so patient and loving with him earning his trust and building his confidence when he visits for grooming. He looks better than any groomer has ever made him look. He has VERY tight poodle curls and Ashley communicates about what's best for each grooming appt. He feels so much better when his hair is free of knotting. Also, our Whoodle comes off the grooming table looking and feeling as fresh as can be! Thank God I came across Priveleged Paws. We were recommended by friends who leave their dogs there all the time. At drop off we got to meet the owner, Pam. She is AMAZING! I can tell my pup had a great time during his stay. Pam takes out the dogs 3 times a day out to her field where they have so much space to run & play. The reason why I went with PP is because the dogs are not kept in cages, they have 5ftx5ft room where they are able to move around. As long as your pup has all the shots they request, you will be able to drop off & pick up your pup with ease. We will definitely board our pup with PP every time we go out of town.
