She is always excited when I drop her off and always seems to have had a great time when I pick her up. The groomer did a great job too giving her a haircut and bath. One of the things I really appreciate is that they send several pictures throughout the day, and in each of them she always looks like she's having a blast. I love that she is outside most of the day, being able to run around in the grass. Not sure in an indoor pen or on turf. The staff are all super friendly and you can tell they all really love the animals in their care. Would highly recommend!

When one our dogs had cancer and was on chemo she had to be separated from other dogs but the staff made sure she had extra cuddles and walks not to mention giving her the meds. Doggie day care is second to none! Lots of room to run and play outside with plenty of supervision. This is the only place I will take my dogs and cat.

Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. Staff: so far everyone I've interacted with has been very nice. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. We currently have a Labradoodle and Maltipoo and they love her just as much as we do. As a matter of fact, as soon as the Labradoodle gets out of the car, she runs and jumps right on the grooming table excited to get started. Lauren uses the best grooming products and our dogs smell so good when they come home. She even offers teeth brushing and cleaning and each dog has their own toothbrush that she stores for you. You can request a full or mini groom and her prices are extremely reasonable. We have standing appointments every six weeks because she books up quickly, so I would highly recommend doing the same to avoid too much time between groomings.

After bringing our golden doodle here for 6 grooming sessions over the last 2 years, we do not expect to be treated in such a condescending manner. We prefer to keep our golden doodle's hair longer, and Olive and company seems to have an issue with that. The groomer has made ongoing remarks about how poor my family's brushing is, and the first suggestion is always that we shave him. We've made it clear that we don't want to shave him and we want them to groom him, yet they continue to push shaving. We brush him at home regularly to keep tangles and mats down. It's just his hair, it requires brushing, before, during, and after grooming. It's the nature of our golden doodle's hair, and we keep up with it. Comments were made today about how they've sent videos on how to properly brush a dog, and how bad of a job we're still doing, which is just wildly inappropriate. Our daughter dropped him off today, and the groomer openly talked about us, and then continued to talk behind a closed door where she could hear the groomer complaining loudly and disrespectfully. I'm taken aback by the lack of courtesy or professionalism they would show their customers, particularly in front of our child. I'm not interested in being talked down to further. I would simply like to "educate" people looking for a groomer on the way my family was treated by this business.
