Improper care and advice on animals, place is a disaster and dirty. I hate when i have to support the place and they don't like to listen when you try to give them proper resources. Their hermit crabs really caught my eye- a lot of the items they sell for them are actually harmful toxic and fatal to hermits and they do not know the proper care for them whatsoever. Their enclosure in the shop is a major safety concern and there are often a ton of dead crabs in the cage. The setup for them is all wrong as well they have impropet setup food and conditions. If they don't care this much then i'm sure the animals i'm uneducated on are being mistreated too. read more

This place is filthy and smells bad and over packed. The store needs a deep cleaning, dirty floors, cobwebs everywhere, the shelves have shit everywhere, it's very unorganized. On top of how poorly the reptiles, birds and fish are keep. They have many reptiles of all kinds in tanks that are way to small for even one reptile, the tanks are dirty. They have 2 adult bearded dragons in 10gal tanks(separated), with sand. Not only are the tanks already to small but they then have huge logs(more than one) inside the tank, so it limits even more of the room they already don't have. Every time I've gone in this store the reptiles food it's always old and dried up. The male bearded dragon has so much stuck shed that's it's turning black, it is sick how they are taking care of these pets. I brought the younger lady over to the tanks and asked her about them, if they were surrendered or what and she states that they had bought 2 adults from a store, I then proceeded to tell her that they are in a tank way to small and they need to take out the logs and about the stuck shed, she didn't care, just said "the manager won't let them do anything, and we give the male a bath to get the stuck shed off". This store should not even be allowed to sell pets. If petco sold good insects, I wouldn't even come to this store. read more

This place used to have a great selection of aquatics, and they were well taken care of. Now the aquatic side of the place looks like they just don't care anymore. I bought fish from them, they were sick, I quarantined them and treated them, they all died. They have a ton of dead fish in the tanks all the time now. The saltwater tanks are always full of algae and never presented well. The rest of the store is and has always been cluttered and not kept up well. Most of the merchandise is older. The young man that works there is very polite and helps out a lot. The women seem as though they could care less. read more

Good place to get pretty much anything for your pet. A little stuffy and small as you walk through and the items you can definitely get cheaper elsewhere but I like going for the variety of loose treats. Petco and a Pet Smart are never stocked when I need items! read more

I found everything I needed with the help of the friendly staff members:) the store is a little cluttered but a staff member helped me find everything I needed and offered to move stuff out of the way if I needed them to. Would definitely shop here again. read more

I went in to buy some dog shampoo, treats, dog food, etc. I was never greeted. Two women were social talking and gossiping. I brought my stuff to the counter. The female behind the counter never acknowledged me. She didn't look at me, or say one word to as if she was trying to prove how much she didn't need my business. The store was cluttered and it was difficult to find all I wanted. After getting no response at all, I left the store leaving the items on the counter. This pet store is terrible. Everything is covered in dust and cobwebs so don't look up...or down. It's packed floor to ceiling with overcrowded shelves and cages. Terrible customer service, don't bother trying to take fish back that died THE SAME DAY. Drive one minute away to the nearest Petco! read more

I had been to this store years ago before i was rudely told they were closed... and acted as though i shouldnt be there.(both doors were propped open - it was a hot summer day and there was merchandise outside on the sidewalk so we assumed they were open.) I recently went into the store again after years of not going...it's extremely crowded and not real clean. It's hard to find what you're looking for because everything is so crammed. You cant get through many of the isles due to lack of room so they just start stacking stuff in the isles... you have to really watch your step or you will trip over something. On the positive note they due have a wide selction (really more than the store size can handle.) read more
