She asked me where I wanted to begin and we started the journey within the store. She was amazing. She was patient with myself, my mother and my 3 year old. She wanted to truly help me find exactly what we wanted for our new home. She reassured me that even with the shortage of things that they would keep me updated step by step of my order. It's hard to find good customer service like her anymore. Working in customer service myself it was nice to have someone be so kind. I highly recommend Speedys to anyone and Leslie has your sales associate. Going forward I will be going to Speedys first before anywhere else!

But this store was clean, organized and quick-moving. The self-service dressing rooms were closed, but this seems to be a trend amongst most Ross stores. I found a green career dress on the clearance rack for only $10.99 and these unique cargo jeans for only $12.99. Perhaps the win of the day was the Ralph Lauren business dress that I found in my petite size for only $19.99! It doesn't get any better than that, folks.

The selection of products varies widely, and you never know what you will find when you visit. For example, clothing for women, men, and children tends to be disorganized on packed racks, because each style might be available in a quantity of only one. You really have to look through those racks! Some products are name-brand or designer, and most have reduced prices. I bought a set of four Oneida baking sheets for $11, which I thought was a good value for the quality. When I was ready to check out, I waited for only one minute. The cashier said hello, efficiently rang up my product, and said thank you. Ross is not one of my favorite stores, but I like to stop in periodically to find treasures.

Today i had the best possible experience a uneducated handy person could have at home depot. The universe sent me Tanner a goated home depot employee. The outside contractor Home Depot uses is extremely organized and professional, and the install was excellent! The only negative was the unprofessionalism of the initial Home Depot representative. Do not let this initial, one-time contact discourage you. We got quality countertops at a good price with a helpful financing option.

I knew if I would have gotten a cart in here I would have spent more than I should have, so I grabbed a basket (spoiler alert, the basket did nothing, I spent lots of money). Made it to the toys section as fast as I could to see what I could find that was still on the lists. Made quick work of this section. However, this is the first Target location I have been in that the toys were all the way in the back corner, furthest from the door. It threw me off when I came in and had no idea where anything was. But the holiday section was right next to the toys so that made finding the wrapping paper easy and I was on my way to wrapping it up here (no pun intended). Even though I had more than the ten items allowed for self checkout, the introvert in me took me that way. No way am I going to be talking to anyone unless I have to. The nicest thing to happen here was that the staff person working this area saw that I had wrapping paper and went and grabbed me a bigger bag for it to fit into. That's top notch customer service. I wasn't even thinking about this nor did I ask for it, but I really appreciated it.

I haven't had one person from Mattress Firm trying to resolve this issue. I have been told after calling the store to find out what was going on, "that they are working on it". I have 3 words for ya Mattress Firm (Small Claims Court). If you want to spend 6k on a bed and have them damage your property while delivering it. then this is your place. Also the Bed doesn't feel anything like the bed we tried in the store. My wife hasn't slept in our bed in 2 weeks. Worst money I have ever spent. Hands down! So my opinion is to go somewhere else. Maybe SleepNumber, Purple, or Leslie / Davinci. When you spend 6k you expect more..
