They said at visit 3 that my dog really loved the bathing/grooming process so I don't think she's the issue, but the cuts are terrible. I have had to cut long straggling pieces on the throat, face is cut obviously different on left vs. right side. If I can see this, shouldn't the groomer be able to? I was informed that an apprentice groomer was doing the work but only under supervision of a senior groomer. Not sure senior person has any involvement. Costs are high. When I asked about why $5 more every visit, they said it depends on length of hair. Last two times I asked for just a slight trim - price still at the highest rate so that doesn't fit. The staff are kind and friendly, but the result is a poor cut that costs more than my own haircut. Have to try elsewhere.

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.

They said absolutely if she had all her vaccinations which she does. We arrived and they were so nice to her and us. We were given a link to keep an eye on her throughout the day, she had so much fun but was a bit shy! They took her to eat with them making sure she had a bit extra care. When we arrived they brought her to us with a gift bag filled with toys and treats for her and us. We were told she had an amazing day and was welcome back any time. We asked about how to pay and they informed us her first day was free. We were absolutely speechless, it isn't very often that a business cares and truly appreciates our business. We were also impressed at how they loved each dog that walked I. As if they were their own. I will definitely be taking her there for many of the amenities and services they provide. The dogs are on camera for the most part when the staff are there and i sense no stress from either my french bulldog or weimaraner. i recommend paying for some of the extras , like individual play time and walks as well as the going home bath to get that kennel stink off. She is also very timid and a little backwards. It does not help that as soon as I lift her she wiggles and splays her legs. I booked an appointment for her. This is a really good deal. I paid $50 for a bath, ear clean and nail trim. The nail trim is normally $21. They were great about reminders and letting me know how things were progressing and when she would be ready. My dog smelled incredible was not freaked out and 4 days later is still the best smelling thing in the house.
