Denying an adoption is understandable, but allowing someone to travel hours before communicating concerns shows a shocking lack of compassion and professionalism. And then after I got all of the information that they needed to them, even put up new fencing, then they tell me that the dog had just been adopted. When I was giving all of my information, they said they had no other inquiries. No wonder they have dogs there for years, it's because they are flat out rude and make ridiculous requests.
