My family have brought our pets to Vom Baron for years. They've done an excellent job grooming and ensuring the safety of our dogs and practiced quality professionalism, until today. My mom's dog had an appointment today at 8:30 a.m. I arrived to drop him off when, who I assume was a groomer, was barely parking and getting her and her own dog out of her car. She unlocked the salon and went inside. I got my mom's dog out and tried to go in but turns out she locked the door behind her. I called the salon twice and no one answered. After waiting a while for them to call back, I decided to get gas next door and come back to see if they've now unlocked the place. While putting gas I saw the same lady walk into the corner store and come out with what looked like an armful of snacks and walk back to the salon, again locking it behind her. I returned to the salon and saw another groomer enter the building, and by then it was almost 20 minutes past the appointment time. I had to run out of my car and stop the groomers from locking the door behind them to ask what was going on. They said I needed to call to let them know I was here, but my mom and myself had called multiple times by then. I told them this and they declined receiving any calls, even though we left voicemails. By that time I didn't see the point in doing business with such unprofessional, rude people who don't care about punctuality or their business apparently. I left with the dog and my mom received a text message saying we were a "no show" despite being there and calling repeatedly. I would highly recommend taking your pets to another groomer unless you like your time wasted. read more
