Called for service info and Teresa was friendly and knowledgeable. Being our first time, we chose the self-grooming option. It was great to have warm water and they supplied shampoo, towels, brush, & an apron. Prices were reasonable, too. We are happy for the stress-free experience and should return for other services. read more

Took in my dog for grooming at BiBis Pet Grooming on Trawood with no injuries!! And when I picked him up my daughter noticed a big hole near the ear.. the lady told me that my Toby had that cut when I took him in!!! Which he didn't!!!! Got in a big argument I didn't want to pay for the service and the owner wouldn't give me the dog back until I paid... still refusing to pay she set up the security alarm walked out the office forcing me to walk out... Long story short I was ready to fight this dumb lady (not the right thing to do ofcourse) but I was so mad I even called the police because it was Saturday they had already closed and they don't open on Sunday's so I would have to wait till Monday to get my dog. But my husband came and he told me to just go home and he did end up paying her so she gave us our Toby back!!! Bad People don't take responsibility for what they do!! We've been going here for at least a year and they've been great with our dogs Lucky and Thunder. One of our dogs is elderly and the other is quite nervous and they always take great care of them! One time my dad didn't recognize the poodle after her grooming because she was so fluffy and pretty. Just FYI, they changed management about 4 years ago. read more

A had been a customer of Bibi's Grooming for a long time and had left after many compliments from the way they cut my dogs hair to the opening late. But I had found out that Bibi's Grooming was under new management and decided to give it one more try. I went in last year 2017 and to my surprise the new staff really know their craft they treated us and our dogs really good. I highly recommend Bibi's Grooming always happy and ready to help plus our dogs look happy when we get there and happy when we pick them up. Keep up the good work Bibi's! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE! Took my two dogs for boarding. We left 38 portions of food for our 9 day trip and asked them to get fed twice a day. We were able to come back from our trip two days before. They were very thin! One of them in particular was 59.2 pounds when we left him and he was 54 pounds at pick up time! They also returned to us 18 portions of food. One of the dogs had a cut on his nose, I don't think he was even taken care of it. There was no mention of that. I talked to the owner and he said that he couldn't take responsibility if my dog was barking at others and hitting his nose on the kennel. He also said that they did feed my dogs but they might have left food at the plate. I told him that the portions were sealed and my dogs would never leave any food and he switched his story. He told me that they were fed twice and maybe they were fed the place's food (although we asked them not to because of one's upset stomach). He didn't take responsibility or apologize. He only asked, "What do you want?" We have always boarded our dogs at a place on Country Club Rd. and never had any issues. This is the first time we tried somewhere else because the other place was at a maximum capacity because of the holidays. Never again! My dogs are my kids. I was heartbroken when I saw him lying down with his matt hair and seeing the rib cage and back bones. Worse of all, they did not care at all! read more

Dropped off my dog for kennel/boarding services on July 2nd 2014 at 1 pm with no injuries at the Trawood location. He was to be fed 2-3 times a day and walked daily and kept in a kennel big enough for a 100lb dog. I picked him up on July 7th at approximately 12:30 pm. As I began putting on his harness the lady who brought him noticed he was bleeding from his behind. She tried to tell me it was some kind anal cyst or something to that matter. But as I began to look him over I found more spots where he was bleeding from. I found wounds on both the right and left side of his behind, two spots on his right hind leg, one spot each on what would be considered his elbows both left and right. I paid 94.95 plus tax for my dog to be neglected. As soon as I left this place I took my dog straight to the veterinarian. The doctor found some bacteria on his wounds and prescribed an antibiotic for 7 days. Needless to say my dog isn't his normal self. The clinic visit, medicine, and cone collar total was $143.20. On July 8th I returned for a receipt and a copy of the contract I signed which I was not given the day I picked my dog up. I asked to speak to someone about getting my money back for the poor service or lack of service they provided. I was told to leave a number and they would have the owner contact me. The owner called me on July 8th at approximately 1:30 pm. Gave me no explanation of how he got the wounds. She said they fed him, walked him and cleaned after him and that if I wanted to get a lawyer to go ahead they had one too and said goodbye. She didn't let me ask how many times he was walked or let out of the kennel or if he was confined to laying down all day for 5 days in one position. read more
