Had puppers nails trimmed. Not sure how lengthy and detailed we need to be. Gal was super helpful and got me in 15 minutes after I called. My dogs are grumpy all fellas, yet they don't bite. They were helpful and asked me to go in the back and comfort my senior citizen furballs. They were very accommodating, sensitive and understanding that my doggos aren't regulars to mail trimming. 9/10 would be back for nail trims. The only slight ding was not knowing it was cash only. Had to schlep off and hit the ATM. Not a biggie but wasn't expected. Super nice people. read more

today they lost a customer, we have 5 dogs and we always tip so we are good customers, I always take my dogs early, today I was the first one to get there and to start of with the person on the counter was on a personal phone call, she did ask if my dogs were an appointment, this was the first time they asked me that. She forgot to mention that if it wasn't an appointment they were going to take care of last, it makes no sense to take your dogs there early if they are going to be the last ones, then I called twice and the attitude and customer service were horrible as well, another thing is that they only accept cash wich is pretty inconvenient, like I mentioned I've been a regular for at least two years and today they just lost 2 customers and 5 dogs. read more

Give this place a try; they have done great with my two big dogs who can be a bit of a handful or should I say many hands full. Our Akita Husky mix is very apprehensive about grooming but they provide the right amount of firm and gentle she needs. I was very surprised to see some of the lower reviews after my overall 5 star experience. I guess you can't really judge a place by a few bad reviews. Sandra not only groomed Ziggy (my malshipoo) to my exact specifications, but she completed the service in a timely manner! Ziggy was happy and not nipped/hurt in any way. The groomer had used shears to cut his fun so short it looked like a buzz cut. His ears had also been trimmed. He didn't even look like the same dog. No apology was offered. They did a horrible job with my yorkie. They cut the end of the tail but as you can see they did a lazy job and tried to cut corners by just trimming the tip. Also my dog threw up and had diarrhea the next day I'm sure she caught something from the groomers. Horrible service would not recommend this place. Stay away if you care about your pets. read more

I took my dog to get groomed and they shaved him which is terrible because he is an Australian shepherd and his hair doesn't grow back the same way. You are not supposed to shave aussies, and even though I asked them if they knew how to cut aussies, they said yes even though they clearly do not. Even if it was a misunderstanding, they responded in the most unprofessional manner by yelling at me and being defensive. I kept being interrupted by the lady on the phone, I couldn't finish a single sentience. My poor baby's natural coat will never grow back thanks to them, AVOID this place!! DO NOT GO HERE. Whatever you request for your dogs grooming they will just end up shaving them down. (I simply asked for a small trim) I have never been so disappointed and disrespected as has my dog. My dog will now need some form of counseling to over come being mentally and physically scared from being shaven. He is hiding in the bathroom and under the bed. Best service I have ever received! I called to see if they could take my dog in for a wash and cut and they took him right away. The lady who took Gordon seemed to be very caring of my old little guy. In about an hour and a half he was ready and they did an excellent job and what I liked the most was that my dog didn't seem to be nervous at all, he seemed quite happy. Would not recommend these people or trust them with my pet ever again. I strongly support local small businesses, but these folks caused my dog some serious pain. Our schnauzer came back with a cut in his neck and scrapes in his belly. Unfortunately, we didn t see it when we picked him up. Even worse, he now has a nasty infection in his ear that developed immediately after he was there. $115 and the poor creature has to wear a collar and is in pain.
