I love the pictures they send at the end of their session that go by monthly themes! This place is located across the street from Saver's in Waipahu. It is now 2025/2026 and Cheryl's younger sister has taken over the business with Cheryl semi-retiring. The service is still amazing and very caring to the dogs, and Des is modernizing the operations with on-line bookings and automated reminders....very cool. I am on the 4th generation of my dogs, where I bring all 4 dogs for grooming/spa treatment. They all come out looking great. Des is very mindful of the dogs state of mind and does everything to try to provide a calm atmosphere for the dogs. For the caring service and great grooming the dogs receive, her rates are very reasonable. They actually seem to look forward to their spa treatment, unlike when I take them to the Vet.

I walked in and…read morechecked in and she seemed a little overwhelmed/wanting to get the day done with (we were her last client of the day). She asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I let her know I wanted a mohawk style cut and she said she didn't understand what I wanted, I then tried to show her using my dogs body and she was still confused and started getting an attitude. She told me to pick a blade size before she could proceed and I tried telling her that I wanted to first show her what I meant and she ignored it and walked away and turned off the music and then started to walk back. My mom had been with me and told me I should leave and not allow her to cut my dog. She must've overheard my mom say this because her attitude immediately shifted and she became a little bubbly and kinder. I let her know I didn't want the mohawk anymore because it seemed too difficult to communicate with her what I wanted and I would just do a trim all over and to round his face out. She then let me know typically only poodles do that cut and asked if I was sure I wanted that cut (completely unnecessary comment). I let her know he has been getting groomed and that is his typical cut when we don't do something fun/funky. I only stayed because my dog was in need of a haircut and I was already there. I really hoped the haircut would come out great since it was the same cut on his entire body and then just face shaping and she made it a point to let me know she's been a stylist for 30 years. I had to fix up the parts that were extremely uneven and I fixed behind his ears which were not groomed in the same places. She also let me know when I picked him up how much of a good boy he was for her so I'm even more confused by the uneven cutting. I will definitely not be returning and I am so disappointed by her service because the guy (Chris) who booked my appointment was so friendly and helpful.

The staff is incredibly intimate and welcoming. Ms. Lani is the sweetest and treats Bronzee with the utmost warmth. The shop space is small and dated, but it isn't a bother, considering you're only dropping off your pet for service. My yorkies love not having to drive to the groomers, they love the quiet experience (no dogs barking or stressing them out), they also love not waiting in kennels as their groomer stacks customers and they love that they're done in about an hour (compared to 3-4 hours at the big pet store groomers). My dog, Rocky, is a sweetheart, but unfortunately, she got a bit traumatized when she was a puppy because of a bad nail trim she received that left her bleeding for a really long time. Honestly, that incident was traumatic for me as well. Over the years of off-and-on service at Petco, we'd sometimes get lucky and Rocky would have Amy as her groomer. Only recently did I realize I could request a groomer, but last week when I didn't see Amy's name online, I immediately called Petco to put in a verbal request. NOT to my surprise, the groomer who answered shared that Amy was no longer with Petco and that she had started her own mobile grooming business.. then he gave me her number. Lol!! Today was Rocky's lucky day! She got her deep cleaning bath and pampering, with nail trim and buff - The Bath & Brush package. Very reasonably priced, comparable to salon rates, with the option for the 4 Paw Professionals mobile service. Since we just moved into our new home and I had some cleaning to do, I figured, why not, let's have Rocky pampered right outside our home. Very affordable addition to the grooming package; $20 for the convenience of having them come to you. Time is money, so I feel that is spot on since I live in Ewa and Amy is based out of Mililani. She was really good with providing feedback on how to train my bichon for her haircuts. She also lets me know if a hairstyle might not work for my dog because of the type of hair that my dog has. When I have a hairstyle I want my dog to try, I show it to Julia and she knows exactly what to do and how to make it work for my dog. I really like the service where the dogs get dressed up and take a studio picture. I like that it is an added bonus to my dogs spa day. Our dog loves going to Julia and enjoys her time there, she is always so eager to go to get her hair cut. The studio is by appointment only and they only take 1 to two dogs. I usually schedule my next appointment after my dog get groomed so her appointments are consistent. The shop is clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I like that it also has a cute set up. For $15 they do nail trimming and filing- such a low price to pay for how much stress they are taking off my plate! It was so fast and my dog was so happy after. He's never happy after I clip his nails myself. It's so much shorter and smoother than I was ever to do myself. She said that her mom opened up this business 20 years ago (sorry, I forgot to catch her name!) Next time we're also going to do a teeth brushing and maybe a paw shave too. They also do ear cleaning, anal gland expressing, sanitary trimming, and face trimming. I'm so glad to have a go-to spot to take this task off my list!

I called around 8pm and they got me in for 9pm to see a doctor. Every tech, and doctor we interacted with were so nice and caring. They quickly did X-rays and discovered a severe case of bladder stones. Unfortunately, emergency surgery was our only option. It was expensive... $4,000 but everywhere else would of been around the same price. Their initial evaluation visit was actually cheaper than the quote I got at VCA. The doctor did an amazing job and called us as soon as he was out of surgery. She was able to get every stone out, including the tiny ones. She saved our fur baby's life!!! Not only that, but when we went to pick him up, the doctor spent a long time with us helping to figure out a better diet plan moving forward. I appreciated that we were not rushed. Facility wise, the lobby area is huge and very nice. There are lots of rooms... it feels spacious. My dog was in great care here and is now on the mend. If you need to take your pet to an emergency place, they will be in good hands here. They made us pay about $2,000 as a deposit to start the surgery and we had to pay the rest upon pick up.
