Patient, kind, caring--the sweetest. It was Lulu's first time going to a groomer and because she is blind she is very sensitive to sound and touch. Andrea made Lulu feel as comfortable as possible by talking to her, playing calming music and giving her intermittent hugs. Best of all she looks and feels so much better! She was so sweet, had all the correct tools for grooming undercoats and such, super caring towards my dogs needs, much faster than petsmart, but above all, I could tell she cared for my dogs. Andrea did such an amazing job with our (Finn) Boxer and Luna (German Shepherd)! Their coats are so clean and fresh and feels really good. She provided so much valuable information on taking better care of our dogs fur and how and what to use on their coats between their grooming. I have already recommended her and shared photos to others prior to writing this review. It was such a relief to see Finn comfortable enough and not nervous to stay without me like he usually is. This was the first time he ever stayed willingly without trying to follow me. He's so attached and has separation anxiety so after he didn't whine or try to get off his leash I knew this would be our place moving forward.
