Why shouldn't Wag....: get five (5) stars, they are worth it. We have 2 dogs and expectations from our dog walkers/sitters from the Mainland. They've made the transition easy and very comfortable. The communication is what we expected, notifications of starts, ends and in betweens with texts and pics. Haven't used them for an overnight yet, I'm not worried. I'm not the boss.... I can tell you that the boss is very happy with Wags so if she's happy, I'm happy. read more

I've been using Wag-A-Long for a few years now, starting when my corgi Thor was still a very young pup. From dog walks initially to boarding him and our other dog Honey during vacations, sometimes even with shorter notice, Annette has always came through for us, and I couldn't be more grateful! She's reliable, trustworthy, kind, and sends the best "proof of life" update pics :)! The pet taxi option is super convenient if the timing of going out of town doesn't allow us to self-drop/pick up. It's hard to find someone you trust to take care of the fur kids, highly recommended! read more

Annette and Chris have been great with walking our 2 girls for the past year. Windward dog walking/sitting services. We have a 9 year old lab mix that is 68 lbs and a 6 year old GSD that is 80 lbs. They can be a lot to handle on walks at times but Chris and Annette can handle them. The girls always come home tired. They look forward to their walks and wait by the door for them to come. read more

Annette has watched our dog while we've gone off island, already twice this year. It's always nerve wracking dropping the fur baby off for boarding but Annette instantly put me at ease. I received numerous photo updates of my pampered pup throughout the day. I love that she only home boards one dog at a time, and helps me feel good knowing my dog is getting excellent care. Her own dogs are so sweet and my dog gets along well with them. I have zero complaints and plan to use Wag-A-Long for all of our future travels off island. read more

Wag-A-Long Pet Sitting is an exceptional pet sitting service. On countless occasions, we have turned to Wag-A-Long to take care of Cooper, our 13 year old Red Bone and Black and Tan Coonhound who thinks he is 2 years old. I am so happy I found Annette and Wag-A-Long Pet Sitting! If you are looking for a dog sitter, you found the one. My experience since day one has been EXCEPTIONAL . Annette is the best and with every pet visit she communicates what she did during her visit with plenty of adorable pictures of my two pups. She's also super patient, which I appreciate, as I have an older yorkie-poodle with various medical issues that Annette approached with love (Wolfy loves her). She's kind and treats my dogs as they were her own. I would recommend Annette and her dog sitting company to anyone and I'm always appreciative for her help! Thanks Annette!! Wolfy & Koda can't wait for their next visit!! read more

I've been using services from Annette for a little over a year for my bunny, Lily. I get text messages to alert me when Annette is on her way, and more messages and photos to document each visit. Annette is very attentive to Lily's needs and will alert me if she notices anything about Lily's condition that I should know. Annette visits for 15 minutes, 4 days a week. Lily enjoys the extra attention and gets very excited to see her Auntie Annette. I highly recommend Wag-A-Long. read more

It was my lucky day when I called Wag-a-Long. My doodles absolutely love the owners who walk them. They are so good with the dogs and send pictures and updates on their walk. They are the most dependable, nice and trustworthy people and see sweet with the dogs. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, so happy I did. read more

I love Wag A Long Pet Services! Both Annette and Todd are wonderful, reliable, and professional people. I feel so blessed to have them in my life. Our Golden Retreiver, Haukea, adores them and he enjoys all of the playtime and long walks. They send me pictures each day that I use their service and they keep me updated constantly. Since my job requires some travel, they have spent overnight visits with Haukea. They are flexible and reliable with our family. They also allow one of our neighbors dog to come over for some quick playtime. I am so grateful to have them. They've become more like family to us. I would highly recommend Wag A Long for your pet's care giving needs. read more

Annette and Todd have been taking care of my dogs for almost 9 years now (since I brought them home as puppies). I have 2 big dogs who can be a little hard to handle on walks sometimes. Annette and Todd (and all of their dog walkers) take such good care of my pups, whether it is for their daily walks, for overnight visits while I am at work or for extended pet sits when I am out of town. My girl (Lucy) loves Todd more than she loves me. I really appreciate their flexibility with short notice schedule changes. I have even had them run dogs to the vet on short notice when I was at work. Highly recommend them if you live on Windward side read more

Annette and Charlie took care of my dogs so well - I had total peace of mind . They both are such dog loving people and sent me many updates, texts, pics and videos that I knew they were in good hands . In fact, think cookie and Haupia had more fun with them than with us. I love that I have more freedom to be away now that I know my dogs can be cared for by trustworthy and loving people read more

Well, didn't respond to several calls so not very dependable. That worries me since pet care needs attentive people. Not happy with failure to follow up. read more

Todd and Annette are the best! Attentive, professional and detail oriented! My two pups absolutely love them. Patient with Porscha, a terrified rescue and firm with Pie when needed. Their dog knowledge is awesome and reassuring. Highly recommend them!! read more

I have been using wag along services for almost 3 years now. I can't say enough about Annette, Britt, Todd and the crew. They are reliable, friendly, professional but above all, animal lovers. I have a busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule and they were always willing to help. Most importantly, I know that my dog loves them and she is spoiled and happy while I am at work. I go on vacations without feeling guilty or worry because she is with them. They are part of the family and I can't imagine having anyone care for my dog ." read more

It's three years later .....and we still love Annette! The bonus is my Winston now loves Todd more than anyone in the world. He is besides himself happy when he sees either or them. Britt and Ann are wonderful and loving. And overnights with other dogs is no longer an issue. Walks, runs, beach cruising, feeding, love and wrestling....Wag-A-Long is the best! read more

I've used Wag-A-Long Pet Sitting many times in the past year, mainly for morning and evening visits with our cat. They provide a great service! They kept us updated with texts, pictures and even videos of the visits while we were away which gave us piece of mind. Annette and her team are also very responsive, trustworthy and professional. The pet nannies have all been great and judging by the photos and videos our cat loved their visits too! Highly recommend Wag-A-Long Pet sitting! read more

I have trusted Annette and her team for over a year now with my fur babies Tucker and Ash. Tucker is my precious dog and he gets a daily walk from Annette or a member of her team. This group is professional, organized and amazing! I have met all of the walkers prior to them coming to my home for walks. They all love animals and are patio ate about what they do. They spoil my babies more than I do! Which is saying ALOT! They don't just take care of my pets, on occasion they have taken my trash out, scooped the litter box and even stirred my crock pot dish ( not in that order haha). This service is the best and I highly recommend them. I found them after my dog was injured at a local doggie day care and I really didn't trust anyone, but this team not only earned my trust they have my loyalty as well. Annette runs a class act business, all her team is knowledgeable and trained and I never worry when I know they are taking care of my fur kids. They send me text pics each day and leave a note to let me know how their visits went. And of course they spoil my babies with love and cookies and wonderful care. If you're on the windward side and want a reliable, trustworthy and amazing pet walker this is the one! And they offer military discount and also lower rates if you pay a monthly rate! Please check them out, you'll be so happy you did! I wish I could give 10'stars to them! read more

MO was so happy to stay all weekend with Wag-A-Long! He had so much fun playing with all of the other dogs. The staff was so great with him. He has a really strict diet and they are were so attentive to all of his needs. He now goes to them every weekend to be walked while I'm at work. The staff is the best part! They are so nice and understanding of individual dog's needs. Finally I don't have to worry about where I'm going to leave him while I'm on my business trips or at work. Best dog sitting service on the island. read more

Working with Annette and her team has been nothing but a hugely positive experience. After looking at kennels to hold our dog while we were gone for an almost three week vacation to the mainland, Annette and her group made us feel comfortable and safe with leaving our dog Gracie at home the whole time. They came each day when they said they would, looked after everything, walked the dog and also did this great touch of sending us pictures and videos so the kids could see her doing well since they missed their pet. We will continue to use their services and have already planned on our next trip and to have them come for Gracie again! I highly suggest considering this as an option if you are traveling. Exemplary service, fair pricing and top notch care. read more

Annette started taking care of Nimitz almost 4 years ago...then we added Grace when we moved to our new house 2 years ago...and then Mattie last fall...and without Wag Along we wouldn't be able to run these pups out of energy. We love Wag-a-long! Annette and Todd are just wonderful. Our dog LOVES it when they come to walk her (and she can be quite picky with strangers). They are great with all kinds of dogs and are accommodating of their clients needs. They are very responsible and communicative... they respond to emails/texts promptly and always send cute little pics of their walks, which I truly enjoy and appreciate. I highly recommend this company! read more

This review is long overdue as we have been using Wag-A-Long since our fur baby Nani was a puppy! We use their service for walks during the day when we are either traveling or have work commitments. The staff is very responsive to setting up the walks and we always have one of two employees as our walker. This is key for us as Nani doesn't warm up to strangers right away. For long term, short term or just spot service Wag-A-Long has been awesome! read more

We were referred to Wag-A-Long from a former employee. We were very impressed with the pre-visit appointment where we met Annette, the owner, and the two dog walkers that would be walking our dog. Invoices are sent electronically, and the dog walkers send us photos while they are on their walks along with updates like giving treats or water. They have adjusted their routes according to our requests and even put packages inside our house and checked our mail in the past. The three different walkers we've had have all been cheerful and reliable and our dog is thrilled to see them when they come (and we're around to see them pick him up). We appreciate that they offer a military discount too! read more

How do I even begin to put into words how wonderful Wag-A-Long Pet Sitting service is! They truly are a life saver, and provide us with such incredible piece of mind, knowing that our precious fur babies are in the hands of friends who love them as much as we do xo. Annette and Britt visit with our babies on a daily basis - walk them, love them - making sure everyone is well, safe, and providing them with much needed attention and love to help break up their day while we are at work. If you are looking for a pet walking and sitting service in the Kailua area, we strongly recommend them. They will ensure your pets are safe and secure - and most importantly loved. As a pet owner - they provide that piece of mind that we all look for when hiring a service. Your pets will be in the best of hands (next to your own.) read more

What a top notch service!!! Annette and Todd took care of our two cats and two dogs for eight days. They stayed at the house over night with our guys and provided so much TLC!!! They treated our pets like VIPs!! Great quality and super professional. Most of all, we received daily status reports letting us know things such as activity and energy levels of animals and totally put us at ease. I love the fact that our pets could stay in their home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Definitely calling them again!!!great prices too! read more

I have used Annette and her team several times now for our 2 pups, and they are amazing. We had them come by twice during the day for play time and then somebody came and stayed the night. We would like to thank Annette and her team for the high quality care that our pets received during our time on island. Gabriella and Annette cared for our pets during several trips we made and we were very pleased with the level of care our pets received. It is easy to find someone to come by and feed the animals but it is not easy to find someone who is devoted to top quality care and goes above and beyond when needed. The above and beyond service is why it is important to use a reputable company with well screened, caring employees. Gabriella really stepped up to the plate when our pet had a potentially serious health scare and got him to the vet immediately to be checked out. Gabriella and Annette both phoned us to keep us updated on the situation as it was resolved. This care impressed us because it showed that Gabriella knew our pet well enough to know he was not himself and needed a vet check right away. Both ladies did a great job making sure each pet got the food and supplements they needed. When one of our pets developed cancer, and required additional care, they really stepped to make sure he was doing well and feeling his best. While it was hard to leave him, we knew he would receive great care while we were gone. We received daily reports and photos of each pet, which made it easier to be away. Although Gabriella has moved back to the mainland, I am certain that Annette's other caregivers are also top quality. Annette truly cares about animals and is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. We give Wag-A-Long our highest recommendation! Thank you so much from all of us! read more

Fran & Joe I cannot say enough wonderful things about Annette, Todd and their team. Most people who use Pet sitters are dog or cat families. We are a bird family of 3 birds. They have been awesome in taking care of our feather babies when we are off Island with family or just need couple of days. They have even taught my birds new words/whistles."Thanks Todd"! We have been having Wag-a-long take care of our bird family for two years. When they are taking care of our feather babies we receive pictures or videos daily to let us know how they are doing. This team is also our 'Ohana. read more
