MO was so happy to stay all weekend with Wag-A-Long! He had so much fun playing with all of the other dogs. The staff was so great with him. He has a really strict diet and they are were so attentive to all of his needs. He now goes to them every weekend to be walked while I'm at work. The staff is the best part! The staff is very responsive to setting up the walks and we always have one of two employees as our walker. This is key for us as Nani doesn't warm up to strangers right away. Invoices are sent electronically, and the dog walkers send us photos while they are on their walks along with updates like giving treats or water. They have adjusted their routes according to our requests and even put packages inside our house and checked our mail in the past. The three different walkers we've had have all been cheerful and reliable and our dog is thrilled to see them when they come (and we're around to see them pick him up). Gabriella and Annette cared for our pets during several trips we made and we were very pleased with the level of care our pets received. It is easy to find someone to come by and feed the animals but it is not easy to find someone who is devoted to top quality care and goes above and beyond when needed. Gabriella really stepped up to the plate when our pet had a potentially serious health scare and got him to the vet immediately to be checked out. Gabriella and Annette both phoned us to keep us updated on the situation as it was resolved. This care impressed us because it showed that Gabriella knew our pet well enough to know he was not himself and needed a vet check right away. Both ladies did a great job making sure each pet got the food and supplements they needed. When one of our pets developed cancer, and required additional care, they really stepped to make sure he was doing well and feeling his best. While it was hard to leave him, we knew he would receive great care while we were gone. We received daily reports and photos of each pet, which made it easier to be away. Although Gabriella has moved back to the mainland, I am certain that Annette's other caregivers are also top quality.
