It was appalling seeing that the new owners had shoved them all into a much smaller tank in the middle of the store. It was super off-putting seeing the new owners bash the former ones on social media, after the former ones were so supportive of the new ones. It's equally off-putting seeing the new owners make snarky, passive-aggressive responses anytime someone leaves a negative review. It's really hard to believe their accusations that anyone who left a negative review must have confused their store with another one. Maybe that could happen once or twice but not every time.

I have been in the fish keeping hobby for my entire life and was able to make good conversation and find what I was looking for! I picked up 6 cpds and two pygmy cory's to add to my shoal of 4. They also have a wonderful variety of freshwater plants and fish. I have had a lot of difficulty finding many species that I've been wanting to stock my tank with, especially plants, and wanted to give this place a shot! The owners were very helpful, and explained to me the situation involving being let into the building stating they are both immunocompromised, so I understand where they are coming from. It doesn't hurt to call to let them know you'd like to stop in, next time I will wear a mask! Despite a lot of reviews about smell and uncleanliness (from circa over 5 years ago), I did not see or smell any such issue, and I am a bit of a clean freak in terms of smells associated with pets.

She still had the fish in the water to reach the tank temp and noticed the parasite which is black in color on the fish. DO YOU REALLY SELL SICK ANIMALS IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. DO NOT BUY FISH as they do NOT inspect them for parasites which will harm other fish.
