They have 4 or 5 wash stations and each one has a dry station. The one on the far end is my favorite; because my dog is able to just walk in and I found it much more convenient. I've used the other ones for my dog; and if you have a bad back, these would work well for you as well. They have everything that you would need there to wash your dog, except stuff for teeth or nail clippers. They don't mind if you bring your own stuff...and we do almost every time. The coverings work really well until someone breaks something on it and fails to tell management. There's only so much that people can do. For $10 to wash my dog, and leave all his hair there and let someone else clean it up?? Worth EVERY penny!! I will ALWAYS drive from Lexington to Frankfort's pet wash station every time.

I know people will think this is cute and funny because he looks like one of the good ol' boys, but I think his presence is offensive, and others would too if it happened to them. I shop at Petco now, and so far the customer service is pretty nice. I don't hassle anyone, just need to buy pet food and sometimes like to look at all the pets for sale like anyone else does.

He even suggested samples to make sure our dog would like the food before going all in and making an enormous purchase. Seriously, how many sales people would suggest samples, instead of trying to somewhat force you to purchase a $50 bag of dog food, that your pet might not even like? Sadly, we have purchased food at a rival chain, and it went to waste. So, we were glad he mentioned samples, along with various pet treats to work on her dull coat. The online registration process was simple, the staff is friendly and assistive, and all the cats were well tended to. Nicole acclimated to my home right away with no signs of fear or having been neglected any time prior to her adoption. She had all of her shots up to date, was neutered, and was litter box trained. They requested vaccine records (which is much appreciated) and we're told they would call in a few hours when they were done. 2.5 hours later we got that call and we went to pick him up. He came out in a cute bandana and the fluffiest I have ever seen him. I completely forgot his leash and with out missing a beat they offered to take my dog out to the car for me. He smells amazing, looks amazing, and I beyond happy. Everyone was so sweet and professional. Can't wait to get Kylo back in there!
