I had had another appointment elsewhere, but had to cancel because I had to change another appointment. So I was very lucky that Annette had an opening! Two hours after dropping him off, I got the call that Toby was ready! He looks so handsome! The cut is shorter than I wanted, but he did have some mats around his collar that I couldn't get out. So it's fine, needed to be done. Very happy with this place, will be returning. Scheduled next appointment already! Toby is absolutely exhausted and napping.

They take care of the remains and walk you through the choice of private or group cremation and do a clay paw print memorial token for you. Big exam rooms and let us have plenty of time and space to grieve privately. Everyone here was very informative and empathetic and I am forever grateful for the staff making this experience as peaceful as possible. Dr Heller made us feel very confident we were making the right decision.
