As far as your dog limping, i have never ever ever seen him limp. I have on the other hand, seen you check him in with medication, and a severe case of vomiting and diarrhea. If your dog came back to you more than once with a so called limp, why as a responsible dog owner, would you even bring him back then? why didn't you ever mention it to us? as far as i am aware, you were asked not to bring your dog back to us (unfortunate for him, since he always had a blast !) due to the fact that he came to us sick more than once, and the second time you failed to let us know. As a well established boarding facility, our clients and dogs are always priority. We have to be extra careful on not allowing sick dogs into the kennel, as it could then endanger the health of other client's dogs. I am so shocked to see that you are viciously trying to slander East End Boarding just because we had to tell you, that due to your dishonesty, your dog would unfortunately not be allowed back. if you care about your dog and his health, i would strongly suggest you get him to a vet and do a full work up to investigate the cause of his GI upset symptoms. read more

I just want it to be known that AK brought their dog to East End Boarding twice recently and BOTH times the dog was brought in sick. When the owner of East End Kennels finally spoke up about the dog coming in sick, AK went off. This is clearly a situation of owner negligence and placing the blame on someone other than where it lies - with themselves! East End Kennels runs a tight ship to ensure the safety and well being of each and every dog. AK knew her dog was sick yet she irresponsibly brought him to a boarding facility where there are many other dogs. The care and attention the dogs receive at East End is most definitely above par. They have large indoor/outdoor kennels, outside runs for exercise, kennels, food and water bowls are cleaned and disinfected daily, the dogs receive individualized attention by staff. Regardless of what AK has to say, East End Kennels is a wonderful place to leave your dog while you are away. I recommend them to all of my clients who have been more than happy with the service and care. Lastly, the rates are very reasonable. read more

I have brought my dog to East End Kennels well over 25 times for day time play and boarding. I have always found my dog to be very happy and healthy each and every time I have picked her up. I have always felt that the staff has been very attentive to not only my dog, but all the dogs they are looking after. East End Kennels is our yellow lab's home away from home. She goes to "daycare" once a week and has the opportunity to socialize with all types of dogs and get out all of her energy in a supervised and loving environment. Additionally, we have boarded her there for longer periods of time and have always been thrilled with the service. The owner of East End Kennels is very knowledgable about all things dog related and takes their safety and care seriously and as a top priority! As an east end resident this place provides us with a safe and loving place to bring our dog regularly! As a long time client, I can truly say I have never had anything but positive experiences. I never liked leaving my dogs with anyone, as I could never find a kennel I could trust, and staff I feel comfortable with. But what a blessing it was to find these people. Carlee, and her staff at East End Kennels has made me feel totally comfortable with leaving my dogs. I have Border Collies which are a handful, and I'm impressed with how everyone at East End Kennels take the time to understand my dogs and their needs. They come back happy and healthy. I have to say that the girl who runs this kennel is the nicest, sweetest person I've ever met. I have 6 dogs from Tea Cup to a Mastiff and I have never had any problems. I love this place and trust them completely! The staff is awesome! They play with all my dogs and I am so happy with their service. When ever I have to go to London, California or France I will always board my dogs with East End Kennels because I know they are getting the best care possible and frankly, their prices are cheap. They are never too expensive. I would defiantly recommend this place. If you really love your pet. This is the place to leave them. read more

I boarded my dog there recently...and I have never boarded him before..He was well taken care of and came back a happy guy. Also met and adopted my new little boy from Gimme Shelter...and he came to us yesterday. As for dealing with owners and/or staff...my grandmother used to say "you get more with honey than you do with vinegar." I didnt have any issues with anyone there and I would definitely use them again. read more
