They take care of the remains and walk you through the choice of private or group cremation and do a clay paw print memorial token for you. Big exam rooms and let us have plenty of time and space to grieve privately. Everyone here was very informative and empathetic and I am forever grateful for the staff making this experience as peaceful as possible. Milo came from a puppy mill and then a shelter, so he has a few issues. Ed and Donna care for him so well and love him despite the fact that he's not the easiest dog. I trust Ed and Donna implicitly and Milo LOVES going to their house. Ed will even mow the lawn simply so the dogs can revel in the smell of freshly mown grass and Donna spoils my boy with freshly cooked chicken. In addition, she kept me updated with videos and pictures of Candy swimming and playing everyday.
