We have left our pup on several previous occasions. With his being a shelter pup and a small guy,…read more we are particular and concerned about his care. We never have to worry as he is well cared for while boarding at CC.

My boyfriend and I used this daycare for at least half a year for our puppy (a husky mix) during…read morethe day when we were both working. We paid for a "package" where they expected our puppy to be dropped off every morning and be picked up in the afternoon. We did not learn until months later, when the weather turned wet and cold, that our puppy was not guaranteed a kennel during daycare; only those being boarded were. We eventually stopped using the daycare due to the expensive package. Most recently, we needed to board our puppy due to an imminent work trip (government contractor). When checking our puppy in, I overheard an employee talking meanly about our puppy. We left them with 8 days worth of food. My boyfriend was able to pick our puppy up after 3 days, and to our immense outrage, we learned our puppy had been limping just the previous day, without our knowledge. They reportedly "didn't want to worry us". They also "could not find him" on their security cameras to address the limp. We also learned that in our puppy's previous stays at the daycare, he had stomach problems every day. When we brought our puppy home, we observed our puppy having low energy and no appetite at all. This was followed by multiple days of extreme stomach sickness. At present, our puppy has returned to his normal self, but his appetite is still extremely worrisome. We are incredibly upset and angry with this daycare and wish they gave us more answers.
