These are just a few of the challenges I face as the owner of, Rainbow Pet Concierge, an exclusive pet care business that specializes in providing extraordinary service to high profile clients. Typically, I personally provide my clients with the majority of their pet care needs however, there are some tasks that require only the most seasoned professionals. Usually I spend several weeks, sometimes months, researching and interviewing the top pet care service providers until I'm convinced, I found the very best. Anthony convinced me in a day! Not only is he the most knowledgeable transport pro it's a bonus that his prices are by far the most reasonable. Of all the phenomenal professionals I've worked with over the years I've never worked with a business that responds as quickly as Anthony and his team. I mean at all hours 7am or 2am he answers texts, emails, and phone calls within 15-20 mins every time! I'm a seriously tough person to impress however, Anthony's customer service, professionalism, and last minuet booking absolutely blew his competition out of the running. If you don't hire Pet Transport Pro you're doing yourself and your pet a huge disservice! Such a pleasure working with you and look forward to using your services in the future!

I had the stressful chore of moving myself, my dog and my cat from California to New York. Planning…read morea cross-country move is complicated enough, but add a couple fur babies and it's overwhelming! Fortunately, I found out that there is such a thing as "pet taxis" in NYC and so I started researching. After reading all the reviews, I decided to call Canine Car. Initially, Alice was hesitant because I was traveling to Brooklyn from JFK during rush hour, but nonetheless she made the arrangements for my transport, and I'm so grateful she did! The morning I arrived, Alice texted to let me know that she was at the airport, which alleviated my fears of a "no show" as I had read on other pet taxi company reviews. Alice drove me to the cargo building to pick up my animals, and helped disassemble the dog crate to fit in the car. I could tell instantly that Alice truly cares about the animals and making us all feel comfortable in our new surroundings. We chatted on the way to my destination, and Alice gave this new New Yorker some tips for living in the city. When we got to my stop, Alice waited in the car with the animals while I got my keys and took all my belongings up to the apartment. She was so patient and seemed concerned that all was well before leaving me on my own, which I really appreciated! Moving to new city alone was very daunting, and I knew that getting to my apartment with the animals would be challenging. Alice made getting from the airport to my new home easy and enjoyable. On leaving, she said I could call her for anything, which made me feel like I'd made my first friend in this big city. I will absolutely be using Canine Car for all my pet transportation needs, and I know Max will be excited to see his "Auntie Alice"!

They were very communicative and responsive from the minute we submitted the request, which was already a good sign, and the driver (Julio) arrived 10 minutes early. It was such a relief considering our last experience with a different pet cab service (who showed up 45 minutes late). This company is really professional and on point, and the ride was very comfortable for us and our dogs. The car was spotless and spacious, and Julio was so kind and friendly. It's clear that he really loves dogs and animals in general. He was so sweet to our pups. I'm grateful to have found this service and plan to use them exclusively for pet rides going forward!

Great service here! I called you a couple months ago because one of my pet parents (I am a breeder)…read morecalled me just panicking because she was on vacation and her neighbor friends that were watching her puppy Frankie, a ten month old miniature dachshund and unfortunately they were unable to sleep because he was whining and up all night crying and they could not sleep and that now she needed to find a place for him to stay immediately. Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

Joanna responded immediately and she also was able to get a hold of a couple of strong volunteers to help lift our dog into the cab. She swiftly transported us to the ER where Joanna got out of the cab and made sure that personnel brought a gurney for my shepherd who could not walk & was promptly admitted. Joanna was so caring and kind during this terribly upsetting time. I had to call upon her again when our shepherd was discharged a week later and had to be brought to the vets for medical boarding. Joanna also sent her son to transport us and he is a truly lovely young man and equally as helpful. I again called upon Joanna when our Shepard needed to go to AMC for a check up and transportation back to the vets for another week of medical boarding. Pet Cab was so prompt so professional so caring Joanna is simply the greatest. and I will be calling upon her again because our dog. will need further transport. Transporting an 84 pound German shepherd is not an easy task and requires a lot of assistance and Joanna was always able to find assistance since neither of us could lift such a large dog. I simply cannot say enough good things about Pet Cab as a company they are reasonable reliable and just such lovely people. I very highly recommend them to anyone who needs to transport an animal.
