    We recently purchased our second travel trailer from Pete's after having had a great experience with them the first time. Great inventory, fair prices, transparent process from start to finish. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Last Friday when we got our new trailer home and plugged in, realized the fridge was not working. Tried resetting breaker and replacing fuse, didn't work. Made an appointment to have it checked by service technician, who determined fridge was dead. The whole team worked some magic to not only remove the dead fridge but to find and install a replacement fridge so that this weekend and our upcoming longer trip in July would not be spoiled while we wait for a new fridge to come in. Grateful to everyone who spent so much time to make this happen! We already were repeat customers, and we will be again!!

    5 Star plus. Excellent communication from courteous and knowledgeable employees. We ordered our next (last?) RV from Pete's RV four months ago. It arrived a couple weeks ago and we picked it up last week. The RV was immaculate and the PDI was great. Wife and I took an inspection checklist that was 7 pages long. Everything got a check mark! We drove about a mile away to Normandy Farms Campground, so we could spend a few days checking everything out. It was perfect, both the campground and the RV. We could not be happier. Thanks Ryan, John, Randy, Kate and the whole team at Pete's RV.

    This is my first time ever writing a review, and I hate that it has to be a negative one…read more Unfortunately, our experience with Hi-Way Campers, Inc. has been nothing short of horrendous. When we bought our camper three years ago, the service at purchase was great. However, everything went downhill once our trailer required extensive service. For the past eight months, we haven't had our camper as it has either been at Hi-Way or at Lance in CA. During this time, we've encountered the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The service manager, Yvonne, has been rude, dismissive, and even told us to take our business elsewhere. Our brand-new Lance trailer needed a complete floor replacement (manufacturer defect), which led to a series of miscommunications and unreturned calls. Eventually, our camper was transported back to the Lance manufacturer in California. After seven months, we were notified that it had returned to Connecticut. When we went to pick it up, Yvonne merely handed us the keys without even walking us to the trailer. Inside, we found a cabinet door on the floor jammed under the broken bedroom door, a damaged kitchen counter, and the trailer was filthy, inside and out. Understandably agitated, we approached Yvonne, who said "Have a nice day. Find another Lance dealer". After liaising with the manufacturer again, we finally picked up our camper today, vowing never to return to Hi-Way Campers, Inc. Yvonne once again simply handed me the keys telling me to find it on the lot. When I pressed her for paperwork telling her we will not be replacing the kitchen counter at Hi-Way, she gave me the entire file (her originals?) and said, "Good." I must add that Lance has been decent to deal with in the final hours, and they have provided us with a different repair facility in order to complete the rest of the unfinished work. They will be sending the countertop to them directly. It's shocking how many reviews mention Yvonne by name--she is the face of their service department, and they should be ashamed to employ her. Avoid Hi-Way Campers, Inc at all costs, or hope that you never need servicing.

    Just completely stay far away from this company, you'll be happy that you did. Like a used car…read moresalesman, after you leave the lot, you no longer exist. The simply refuse to do service work except for the rare few for appearances. Not sure what the Service Manager holds over the head of the owner but apparently she runs the business, not him.

    I purchased a used RV from Campers Inn of Raynham after clearly stating that I would be living in…read morethe unit full-time and have serious mold and environmental sensitivities. I was given repeated verbal assurances that the RV had been fully inspected, was safe, clean, and in excellent condition. Upon delivery, however, it was immediately clear that this was not true. Several major systems were not functioning on day one, including a failed air conditioning unit, a leaking tank, and leaking water lines. More disturbingly, the RV showed unmistakable signs of a long-term rodent infestation -- including droppings in cabinets and vents, gnawed materials, and structural cavities packed with spray foam, wire mesh, and scent packs clearly placed to cover up contamination. These issues were never disclosed prior to sale. I later confirmed through a licensed exterminator that this was an extended infestation, and obtained a statement from the previous owner confirming the RV had no rodent problems when it was traded in -- meaning the contamination occurred while the unit sat on Campers Inn's lot for a year and a half. Despite this overwhelming evidence, the dealership made no genuine effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was met with vague responses, dismissiveness, and eventually, complete silence. The General Manager Mark Person stopped responding entirely once I began asking direct questions and presenting documentation. Rather than acknowledge their role, Campers Inn attempted to reframe the issue, downplay its severity, and hide behind an "as-is" sign-off sheet that -- to make matters worse -- listed the wrong make and model, raising serious questions about the paperwork's legitimacy. What I experienced wasn't just negligence -- it was a systemic failure of ethics, responsibility, and transparency. This company sold me an unsafe, contaminated unit, concealed known defects, and walked away the moment they were confronted with the truth. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership -- they are not honest, and they will not stand behind what they sell. Oh and here are some photos of the contamination I found immediately after delivery, including active rodent infestation and the clear attempt to cover it up. This is what they knowingly sold and refused to take responsibility for. This REAL Review is for Campers Inn Raynham, MA.
