    Pete's 2 check 'em out!!

Great spot for in and out service! They offer fast service while still maintaining high quality eats. Burger stand ambiance with top quality food. I've ordered from here many times, and haven't found anything I didn't like. Some of my favorites are Philly cheesesteak and Philly chicken. Both are super yummy! Gyros, burgers, Italian beef, bbq beef, all delicious. Oh, don't forget the fries. I order mine well done and they nail it spot on every time. The pizza puffs RULE! That's it dear diners, check them out and enjoy.

Dog with poppy seed bun and fries

Last year while driving down Roosevelt Road I visited a place called Pete's in Oak Park. While I'm unsure if these two places are at all related, I've passed by a place called Pete's 2 in Broadview many times and only recently took the time to stop in and give the food a try. So while there is no "Artie the Strongest Man in the World" or "Mr. Tastee" in reviewing these two hot dog stands you're about to hear about "The Adventures of Pete and Pete". The first thing I noticed upon entering Pete's is the design of the inside. I get the sense that this place was at one point a Brown's Chicken and Pasta. After carefully considering my dining options I decided to go for a hot dog and fries combo, the question is how was it? The hot dog I received came on a soft poppy seed bun, there was a slice of tomato on top. A fairly thick pickle slice, nicely sliced onions, and a bit too much relish and mustard. The sausage used here was skinless and well heated, there were no sport peppers or celery salt on this dog. The first bite right away was tasty, but the hot dog was a bit on the soggy side, the juice from the thick pickle spear, excessive relish and mustard made it a bit on the wet side. The overall taste and combination of flavors was excellent. It also came with some french fries, these were thick and long steak style fries. They weren't too salty, and the potato paste inside was tasty. Overall I was pretty happy with these fries as they are a nice compliment to the hot dog. My overall opinion of Pete's 2 is that they make a good hot dog and fries. I think I like this place a wee bit more than the "Pete's" in Oak Park. Overall I'd say this is a well above average hot dog stand and am going to award them four stars.

Restaurant is decorated nicely and I heard that they have outdoor seating in the summertime so I'll definitely be back during warmer weather! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, and the service was warm and welcoming. Our server even packed our leftovers for us right at the table, which I think is such a great extra touch. I started with the Avgolemono soup, which was one of the best I've ever had! The portion is large enough to split between two people. Otherwise, it will definitely fill you up. For an appetizer, we ordered the fried zucchini, and it was incredible! Perfectly crispy and full of flavor! For dinner, we had the Pastitio, which was also one of the best we've had, rich and flavorful. We also tried the Shrimp Tagliatelle; while it was well prepared, the parsley flavor was a bit too strong for my taste. Overall, a wonderful meal and experience. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it!

The service was good, the staff were kind, attentive, and knew how to recommend some of their best dishes. We were looking to take a break from the week and try a new restaurant, and this turned out to be a great choice. We were also pleasantly surprised by the prices. We expected to pay almost double, but everything was very reasonable.

We had to get up and ask for check and then get up and remind her and then get up with our credit card to hand to her But the food was phenomenal. The chicken with feta was so incredibly tender and delicious. The mousaka was pretty good too. But I'd def get the chicken next time Their dessert menu had no prices next to it which we didn't like. We ordered something that had whip cream on top with shredded baklava tasting dry noodle thing. We didn't like the texture of the dried noodle thing after it's been in your mouth but the beginning bites are full of flavor. Def wouldnt get that dessert again tho But 5 stars for the chicken and 4 for the mousaka

Reservation were made, so we were seated immediately upon arrival. The hostess, who I believe is also the owner, kindly asked if we preferred a high-top table, and we happily agreed. Our server was warm and attentive, taking our drink orders right away. We started with the calamari to share, and it was absolutely perfect. One of my pet peeves is when restaurants pad appetizer plates with salad to justify entrée-level prices--but not here. This dish was all calamari, beautifully cooked and generously portioned. For my entrée, I ordered the Baked Greek Chicken with potatoes, while my friends chose the Pastichio and Moussaka. The food was excellent--flavorful and satisfying--but it's worth noting that Molos offers a modern twist rather than strictly traditional Greek fare. Service throughout the evening was top-notch. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance was calming with a touch of Mykonos charm in the decor. I'm already planning a return visit--there are several dishes on the menu I'm eager to try. Opa!

Option 1: Drive 30 to 45 minutes into the city and eat in Greek Town. Not ideal, but the worst thing in the world. Option 2: Avoid the cumbersome drive and eat at Naxos! This is a GREAT option! So, we were in Schaumburg for a reason and we stopped in for lunch. First thing you notice is that the place is nicely decorated. Appropriately "Greeky," I'd say. It's clean, bright, ethnic enough, and welcoming. The service was excellent. George (yeah, he's Greek-American) did a great job of explaining the menu and making suggestions. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. We loved: The red beets, the garlic spread, the Greek bread, the potatoes, and the avgolemono soup. Although the pastitsio was not the best ever, it was still very good, and the portion was BIG! We left satisfied. The price? It's expensive to eat out these days, but we definitely got our money's worth at Naxos. 5 stars!

I really felt that the prices were reasonable. The service was timely. They are friendly and make you feel like family. I wish I had taken note of our server's name. I really enjoyed her. She has dark hair with tattoos, going up her right arm. I had Saganaki which was delish, the egg lemon soup, which is to die for and for my meal I had a hot appetizer-Shrimp Naxos. It is big shrimp in tomato sauce and garlic with crumbled feta. So tasty. I definitely will return and try some of the other dishes. Surely this place is authentic. There were quite a few tables of Greek families. Well done Naxos...
