When I picked up my order even the staff were looking at the pizza they had made like WTF?!?! It looked like the pizza had fell and the toppings slid off the side. I could literally count the pieces of pepperoni on my pizza. The crust was soggy and undercooked. The sauce tasted straight from a can without any seasonings. They They staff said they could remake it but I didn't want to wait around again for potentially another disappointing version. Its been a while since last at Peter Piper but damn people. I only ate 2 slices and threw the rest in the trash where it belonged. I can't believe they are charging $20.00 for less than bad quality food. Next time Ill just get Costco pizza for half the price and double the quality, or even lil Caesars pizza. I went here for my daughters 2nd birthday and figured she'd needed to try out the whole game room / pizza party experience eventually. I wasn't going in with high expectations because we all know these kinds of places aren't going to be the best quality for food. The entire place is surprisingly clean. I had no issues at all with cleanliness. The game area was fine too. As long as my daughter had fun, I was happy. The service was great too. Every worker we interacted with was polite, kind, and patient with us since it was our first time. I know the teens / young adults working in service get a lot of crap sometimes, but I get it. We've all been there. I try to be just as nice to them as well. But they weren't rude at all, and I hope the best for them. We got pizza, the chicken Alfredo, and the boneless chicken. Listen. I didn't come here to expect high end, amazing food and it wasn't that bad anyways. My picky daughter enjoyed it and that's all that matters to me. I enjoyed it as well. They're pricing has really gone up. But I love that they got some new games. I prefer this location over the one near the mall as it's less busy and less noisy. This location is always clean and staff is friendly. I do like that they've offered a time game card, instead of card based on amount of tokens. As a mom, it's better this way. The young man that was at the prize counter was so patient with my 7 year old grandson. He had over 1000 tickets and was the kid that shops his prizes "I want two of these and one of those"--this young man was not only patient, but clarified what colors he wanted and never looked annoyed at the amount of time he took to spend his tickets. They installed a new play place for a fee to the customer to use. Its 12 dollors. Its a little pricey however keeps the younger kids occupied. You'll want to call head to make sure it's open though. We drove 40 minutes so my 2 year old grandson could play. We were told it was closed due to employee shortage. There we only two other customers in the whole place already with their food orders. There were 4 people working . We had to leave with a crying 2 year old. The situation turned a potentially great night into a ruined evening with an upset two year old.if a company is going to add an asset to a busy they should figure out how to run it. The past 4 or so orders have been not good, which is way I'm leaving this review. We went to try their all you can eat buffet, A word of advice, ABSOLUTELY, NO SANITATION Whatsoever, had a few slices for the first time, the pizza was cold, crust super hard as nails, and the poor sanitation, WAS HORRIBLE FILTHY, the workers did not wash their hands, watched few of the workers take a couple slices of pizza from the buffet, and eat it in the back, aprons filthy, wiping their face, then touching other stuff this is NO BUENO NO MAS NO GOOD!!!! Peter Piper Pizza is my ultimate favorite pizza. BUT, I was so disappointed with a few things. 1. They had no fountain drinks or icee available. 2. They had no side salad. Instead, they only had the entree one, which is $4.99. 3. Cashier seemed annoyed, wasn't friendly, and was rude. 4. Bathrooms were filthy. Paper towels were overflowing from the trash. 5. Pizza was cut awkward. Some slices were big, others were small. Some slices had too much pepperoni while others had none. 6. Pizza seemed slightly undercooked. 7. Refused to assist at prize redemption after being told to wait by counter. After 20 minutes of waiting and again asking for assistance I was told they were not going to help. Short staffed. One of the employees was very clearly under a boat load of stress and wasn't able to handle the stress well. The store wasn't very busy. The wait to order was also very long and wasn't right for how slow the restaurants business was. While ordering we ordered cheese sticks(mozzarella sticks) but were rung up for cheesy garlic bread which we received instead of mozzarella sticks. We were even told that when someone is ordering and says "cheese sticks" the person is automatically rang up for the cheesy garlic bread rather then further clarification being made to ensure the right product is being served. One of the employees did go out of her way to bring us our food when it was ready as well as try to make up for things that went wrong. Upon getting our food the pizza and garlic cheesy bread was all over cooked and we had to take the bottom half of the garlic cheesy bread off because it was burnt. The chicken wings were cooked fine we ordered them plain so no issues with sauce. We got our pizza before the chicken wings and cheesy garlic bread so it was pointless to order any appetizer type item because they were received after the pizza came out and was eaten. Each item came out separately and there was at least ten minutes between each item. Had we gone and waited to then reorder the mozzarella sticks to actually receive the item we wanted it would have been the time we were ready to leave when we got them. The strawberry desert pizza that we got we took it to go and should have tried it there because it was way undercooked and still very doughy. The restaurant wasn't very clean either. Tables would be bussed but not wiped leaving the mess of the last person still there. I understand pizza places are harder to keep up with especially with parties but if tables are being bussed they should be wiped as well. Customers shouldn't be expected to clean up their table after the last guest before they are able to sit and enjoy their meal. read more

I called to ask if I could place my order and come in and get it, I was put on hold. Someone gets back on the phone I wake the same question and the response is "what's your phone number?" I respond. I ask if I pay now or when I come in "what's your name?" I literally have never been ignored on the phone like that. I ask again and all the girl says is "we don't take payment over the phone". We come in and somehow our order is $15 more then I thought I would be but the cashier isn't even making eye contact with us. Honestly just really awful customer service from the phone call to the end of he transaction. The name on my receipt was "Laurie R" not sure if it was the same person on the phone and at the register, but someone should inform her to be even the slightest bit pleasant when working with customers. Then we get our pizza and there's all this black stuff on the bottom of the box from what was probably the oven. Also all over the top of the pizza. Came here with kids. Got buffets and some tokens for the arcade. Buffet was a great deal. The food wasn't anything to write home about and there were not a lot of options at the buffet. However, for the price paid, I still think it's a good deal. It did take some time walking around before I found a table that wasn't grotesque. Many unoccupied tables were left unattended with food, wrappers, napkins, and crumbs strewn about. The arcade did not have a large selection of games available to play and it did seem kind of crammed. However, the kids still had a blast at the arcade and won lots of tickets for prizes. We did have a little bit of a wait (about 10 minutes) before an employee was available to issue out prizes. I will most likely bring my family back again. read more

This is my regular Peter Piper Pizza stop, and this is my favorite location to pick up fast food pizza. There was a mixup last night when I tried to order two pepperoni pizzas (one came to me as a Hawaiian pizza , which was later discovered at my house). I called and asked if I could pick up a pepperoni pizza the following day, and they were very kind and helped fix the issue. They also thanked me for being reasonable (they informed me that other customers tend to be very rude to the workers, but sometimes we just need to be more flexible with one another and be kind if you notice somebody's mistake). Been to this location for a handful of kids birthday parties and I can see the positives of using this venue. You don't have to do the cleanup, the entertainment is built in, food is cheap. Started going to eat dinner there on fridays after bible study, and it became a every Friday event for us, due to the service we get from Laurie. Went here last night for my daughters birthday. I never realized how small this location is compared to the others. The games (specifically Ski ball) seemed older and didn't quite work they way the should. The service was good - they took our coupon and allowed us to make changes which was nice. The place seemed clean - which is always important -especially when eating out with younger kids. I am going to do this review in two parts: the pizza and the rides/games. The pizza: I ordered a medium pepperoni thin crust. And I was shocked that it was actually good! There were about 4 skee balls, 2 driving games, a rubber duck game, a balloon popping games, wheel of fortune, etc. Maybe there were 20 things total. Of course you get tickets which you can redeem for tootsie rolls at 5 tickets per candy, also your minimum allowable, or a huge plush animal will run you around 5000. A play area is non existant. This was extrmemly disappointing as I was not coming here for the za. The place was a disaster. Despite it being 7pm on a Sunday almost every table was unbused. There was also some chewed bubble gum on the soda fountain grill- appetizing. Another security concern is the fact there are several flat screens all playing adult television. "A four-star review for Peter Piper Pizza? Oh, how urbane...," you're thinking snarkily. Here's the thing: I have two high maintenance precious angels ages 3 and 4, and it's nice to be able to let them run amok for a little while without destroying anyone else's dining experience. Unlike Chuck E. Cheese, there's only one entrance/exit point to the small gaming area, so I don't have to shadow them constantly. There's no tube running along the top of the joint, so I don't have to worry about getting stuck trying to fish one of them out. Some woman did get a little excited when my son was running up and down the Skee-ball lane, but that's to be expected, I guess. For the most part, I can just kick back at my table sipping Blue Moon and enjoying the festivities from afar. This is a standard Peter Piper Pizza. We ate at the pizza buffet and the pizza was surprisingly good. I was on vacation and ate at PPP twice at two locations (my wife loves the pizza) and it was so much better than I remember it being last time I ate there in '10. The play area is a bit smaller than other locations, but things appeared to be operational and the staff were quick to get out more pizzas and like I said, the food was actually really pretty good. read more

I've been coming to this location for about 10 years now and have seen it progressively go downhill. I'm here having lunch with my daughter and it's absolutely FILTHY! Almost every booth needs to be bussed cleaned, dirty napkins throughout the restaurant, waited forever before having to go grab one of the 4 employees working to help my daughter at the prize desk...there's 4 other people in here! There's no reason fo it to be so dirty! I noticed management changed and also notice that the restaurant is normally in this condition when the older manager with glasses is on duty.
