I'm going to keep this as short and sweet as possible because I am extremely upset with how Roses and More (or less in this case) handled our business yesterday. We made an FTD order on Saturday night for Sunday delivery of sympathy flowers for our friend who lost his wife last week. They sent it to Roses and More for the local delivery. Sunday comes and we get the message that our flowers had been delivered. Great. But wait. Our friend can't find them anywhere near or by his home and no one rang his doorbell. So we called the local florist, and they confirmed they delivered them. Ok. So we ask them to repeat the address. They delivered funeral flowers to an address I've never heard of and upon googling is clear across town. See at this point they should've acknowledged their mess up and offered to redeliver the flowers. Instead they insisted we had the wrong address (we have an FTD receipt genius). And they refused to deliver more flowers. Now I have my distraught friend who was hoping for some color in his home, even more upset, after he had to do a scavenger hunt around his home for nonexistent flowers. Roses and More made our friends and family more sad during an already sad time. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THEM IN A TIME OF GRIEVING. They don't read addresses properly and then don't make good on their mistakes. They lack situational awareness and have no care for the customer. Shame on Roses and More. read more

Yesterday I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my grandmas 61st Birthday. When she sent me a picture, they looked nothing like what the description said was in the bouquet! I paid 60$, plus a 12$ delivery fee. I expect to get what I paid for. Especially for flowers that die in a couple days. I called, and the lady did say they were out of 4/6 of the flowers and fillers. Now that's a totally different bouquet!!! Most of it was Daisy's. They also told me they didn't call to let me know because they don't have the time to call everyone when they are out... but totally unacceptable when 4/6 are missing. They should definitely when they should call when it's that much. One or two I can understand. They really know how to bs their way out of a complaint. read more

This is for Roses and More in Tucson, AZ. I was reluctant to give them my business because of the low reviews. But I called to get some advice. The gentlemen was very helpful. I mentioned the bad reviews and he was not aware of them. I selected them because the store is reasonably close to my girlfriend's house. Anyway, I took a gamble and placed my order --- and I am glad I did. They did a great job and delivered the roses to my girlfriend just a few hours later. I did not place a rush order. I said delivery the next day would be fine but if they weren't busy, same day delivery would be even better. I am on travel so I haven't seen them but my girlfriend reports that are fabulous and fresh. And heck, that is all that matters!!! She sent me a picture and they really are wonderful. Okay, I tried to paste the picture here and I'm just not that good at it. Maybe it will show up when I save this post. I would say that my experience was so positive, I would recommend them and suggest whatever problems they had previously seems to be behind them now. read more

I needed a wrist corsage for a Winter Ball, but did not know what colors to select (as I had neglected to find out the color of the lady's dress. With the help of a young lady over the phone, she suggested the colors of the theme of the dance: winter white and a shade of blue. When I went to pick it up, I was delighted...the corsage was delicate and beautiful. To top it off, my lady friend was wearing a blue and white dress, with a winter white shawl! How perfect was that! My son sent me flowers from California through 1800flowers and Roses n More was the shop receiving the Order. The arrangement he picked was supposed to have white roses, blue lupins and fillars, but came with wilted lilies, carnations mums and half dead lupins. He complained and they sent out a second arrangement, which looked worse than the first, as if whoever filled the Order was angry or not trained as a florest as it was done again with wilted flowers, sprayed blue mums, and 3 roses and white astromarias. This place has always been good. Fair prices and quality flowers. The service is always good and they go the extra mile when delivering flowers. I have seen them deliver flowers the same day even though I didn't get there til afternoon. They always have a good selection of fresh flowers and have a book there for you to pick out an arrangement, if you don't see what you like on the shelves. Just received a Valentine's Day plant my mother in another state sent me that is honestly so sad that it sparks sadness. It is alive but is clearly some random green plants they tossed in a basket together and put a hideous red bow with black gingham hearts on it. There is no joy whatsoever with a leaf ripped in half and brown tinged edges on some Ivy. and I am literally returning it to the contracted florist as I type. They do not answer their phone so it will be interesting to see what I find when I get there. This plant is not even fit for an office in a company that has gone out of business! I have contacted the florist my mother ordered from to tell them not to contract with them again. Super disappointing and buyer beware! Do not order through or from them! read more

I called for an order from another state and received a prompt delivery . The phone call during the order was lighthearted and their customer service was great. Jessica and the first employee who answered the phone were very helpful. I was able to get same day delivery and was squeezed into a time slot that would allow my friend to receive her flowers at the beginning of her hard day. I think the only thing that would make their service perfect would be to attach an image of the finished bouquet in their delivery receipt. read more

The August order was left wilting on the porch even with specific instructions to leave it with the neighbor. The September order was delivered two weeks early. Extraordinary incompetence. My boyfriend ordered me $75 worth of flowers for Valentines Day. The roses were in good condition and the majority of the "filler" was also, however they totally misspelled a word in the card. Now, I am a bit of a grammar stickler so maybe that's why it irked me but I think if they do this all the time they should learn how to properly spell. Also, when my boyfriend attempted to reach someone in "customer service" he was put on hold for over 20 minutes and was given the run around by several staff only to be told they would get back to him. We also sent the business an email via their website and still received no response about their error. Poor customer service when they make a mistake and no response as to how they may correct the problem. We won't be ordering anything from these illiterate folks anytime again. For the cost of the flowers I hope they buy themselves a dictionary. read more

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day on February 10th to be delivered on February 13th between 8 an d 11 AM, charged over $85.00. On the 13th it was getting close to 11 and no delivery, I called the store and spoke to a lady who was extremely rude a basically was told that the flowers would be there when they get there. I asked to speak with a manager and then lady sure and hung up on me. This was not the end of the nightmare, when the flowers did arrive after 11 am, I was surprised how small the arrangement was and the 3 roses certainly did not meet the dozen that I ordered. The driver had already left when I looked at the arrangement and discovered a card addressed to another person. Turns out the arrangement we received costs about $39.00 and to top it all off the flowers we received were certainly not fresh because on Sunday morning they were falling all over the table. Needless to say I will search for a reputable business next time. read more

I placed an on line order thru FTD and this is the florist that fulfilled my order. I placed the order for a specific bouquet in honor of my daughter's initiation at college. The bouquet she received did not look anything like what was shown in the picture on the FTD website and the flowers were of sub-par quality. The bouquet consisted of giant pink carnations, a few roses, a bunch of greens, and some red berries. Not what was ordered nor expected. I would never use this florist again as there are much better quality flowers available for the hefty price I paid thru FTD. read more

After what I thought was a clear conversation with Dave. We were working from his own pictures. I specifically said no yellow daisies (coreopsis) or any Daisy. I asked for red roses and baby's breath like the 4th of July picture only no flags as it wasn't for 4th of July. Less than 24 hours later Dave doesn't remember the conversation and admitted he doesn't write things down. I got the yellow daisies galore and 3 red roses in the arrangement. Not even close to what I ordered. The arrangement was well put together but with the flowers I specifically said I didn't want. Dave offered to have them picked up. Which of course would have been rude to the person they were sent to. He said maybe he could do something Next time I ordered. Next time I order, it won't be from Roses and More because I want what I ordered. That doesn't seem like too much to ask since we were working off his own pictures. read more

Horrible service. I have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful staff. The "owner" Dave did not rectify a mistake that his shop made. They sent the wrong flowers because "that was all that was left in stock so you get what you get, doesn't matter what you ordered". We asked to speak with Dave the manager to address our concerns his response was he would only refund the order of his driver came back and picked up the wrong flowers. The delivery guy showed up at my work and stated he would not leave the property unless he had the flowers in hand per Dave's instructions.
