Dr. Charles is also exceptional in that he won't just jump to prescription medicines to fix symptoms; he wants to find the root problem and treat that, instead of symptoms. He will also recommend herbal remedies and dietary changes when he thinks that will work better than prescription drugs, which is rare for western doctors. They do not take any new patients with out one, I wasn't told that the day I personally made the appointment at his office. Besides that, his office do not follow the COVID-19 guidelines. Too many patients inside on a small waiting section without proper ventilation, too hot that I had to takeoff my overcoat. Patients not wearing a mask and seating too close to each other. I left and happy that that I did, thinking if this is the outside his office I'm wondering how are his inpatients rooms?? I wrote him a personal letter in which I never received a reply. There's plenty of other doctors that are more professional and do follow guidelines especially during Covid-19.
