I'm sure she is not intending on taking the call. My aunt is 82 years old and has had many very serious heart issues in the past year, been in and out of ICU. All she needs is her medication renewed. My whole family and I have been calling and leaving messages for the past week with no answer or no call back. I finally (after a week of trying) got in touch with someone yesterday who ASSURED me they sent over all 6 and then rushed me off the phone. Got to the pharmacy and they hadn't sent over anything!!! Planning on pursuing legal action at this point. Disgusting office and they don't care at all about their patients.

I have been incredibly pleased with my experiences with the doctor. He treats you with professionalism and care. Although the doctor does have a busy practice, I have been always able to schedule an appointment easily and I have received a response to any questions often the same day that I had called. Great call back system, "leave your number and we will call you back ASAP". I called 4X w/o a call back. MY (EX) primary refused to refill some RX w/o seeing me for a few months. She is 100% correct. The only problem is she is not available for 2 plus months! So I left he a message that I can't get an appointment can she step in and advise as to what I should do. OF course, no call back except from my pharmacy who received a call that I need to make an appointment. I called again and was advised that my Dr. is not available. SOLUTION is to get rid of every prohealth Dr. I see and switch to a new group.

I love that about Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Kristal was kind, detailed, sharp and has a great way with children. My daughter came in for a small wart under her nose. Scheduling an appointment was simple. I found the receptionists very professional and helpful. This was my first visit at the Pro Health building and parking was easy. We checked in and registered and met with Dr. Hayman. He was gentle, friendly and offered great realistic, inexpensive suggestions to address my daughter's scalp. He filled her prescription and hours later we received a text that our prescription was ready at our local CVS. We will follow up with him in a few weeks and we are looking forward to our visit. His gentle demeanor and calming presence brings such a relaxing atmosphere whenever we go in for my little ones skin checkup. My son was suffering from eczema on both his face and body, leading to itching from the irritation which then lead to open sores. As a first time parent it was horrible and we referred to this office through friends. Took months to get an appointment but so worth it. We received what I call a miracle cream, skin sores completely gone after a week and it's been a year now and skin still smooth and irritant free. Bring your infant/toddler here for any dermatologist issue, it's 100% worth that wait!
