After waiting for over a week for phone call with results that should have been back in 3 days and next steps and when I called was put on hold to only be told they have the results and asked when would I like to come in. When calling the office the answering machine they use is an absolute waste of time. I've been to the office for 3 appts now and each time there is at least 3 people by the front desk all just talking amongst themselves. Why is not one of them answering the phone calls of their patients? No problem if it's busy and it has to go to machine but I've yet to see that office busy. My last appt the doctors assistant must have taken off as he was handling things all himself. Again at least 3 employees sitting at front desk. After appt he was to send a prescription into my pharmacy and have another office contact me for my next steps. 2 days later I go to pharmacy to no prescription and wrote it off to him having no help that day. So I call and get a young man who asked me what type of the med I was to get. I told him I have no idea as to which one the doctor wanted me to use. He told me he would have the doctor call me back. A week later and nothing. So I call again and get the same young man who doesn't remember our call from a week prior. But now all of a sudden there is something prescribed in my chart and he again asks me if that's what I want. I again requested the doctor call me to verify. I get an arrogant voicemail the next day from the doctor telling me the prescription was called in the day of my last visit and proceeds to tell me what it is. His office is not telling him what's going on. They do nothing proactively it seams to be all reactionary. I still am waiting for the other office to call me. There machines message feels like it's over a minute long before starting options and you still don't get 0 for operator, of course that's not an option cause the front office don't want to do a damn thing. It's a shame cause it seams like it could be ran so much more efficiently and respectfully with a little more involvement from the senior people.

They have a lab next door as well as downstairs. They also offer free parking. Now I won't lie - depending on what time you go the wait time can be HORRENDOUS but I've seen enough crappy doctors that I wouldn't mind sitting through hell if I had to just to see Dr. Maslavi. I don't really have much to…read moresay about Dr. Maslavi as I have never actually been seen by him other than meeting him even though he was my primary care doctore; It's always been his assistant that has checked on me. I came in one day to get tested for oral herpes because although I didn't have enough evidence to say what it was, I still wanted to be safe and get it checked out. With my insurance, co-pay of $15 is required for every visit so I went through that and saw the assistant, I can't remember her name but she has blonde hair from what I remember. So she checks me out, is super rough with my lips and tells me it's herpes without any further testing. I ask for more testing a couple of times and she tells me it's not needed and recommends me products to purchase. I left feeling emotionally distraught because they didn't do any testing and although the co-pay was cheap, it felt unnecessary. I went back in and demanded for testing and after seeing how emotionally distraught I was, was when she let me get testing. Guess what? Testing came back negative and the bump was actually a mucocele. Not only that but I received another co-pay in the mail. Again I don't know much about Maslavi but his assistant was super unprofessional in this case and caused me to no longer have him as my PCP.

Our pediatrician reached out to their office, and they welcomed us right away as a walk-in. Dr. Freedman did a fantastic job with her wound, expertly placing 5 stitches even as my daughter squirmed and cried. But it gets better. Two weeks later, she fell again at daycare, reopening the same wound. I got the call as I was leaving work to pick her up. Scrambling for options, I called Dr. Freedman's office at 5:45pm on a weekday evening. His staff answered, and without hesitation told us to come right in. I didn't arrive until 6:35pm, yet we were welcomed warmly and brought straight to a patient room. Dr. Freedman and his nurse were both once again extremely kind and patient towards my daughter. They stitched her back up while doing their best to keep her calm and comfortable. They sent her home with three lollipops and smiles all around. I will be forever grateful for the warmth, respect, and genuine care their office showed my family. This is level of treatment is extremely hard to find these days. From the front desk to Dr. Freedman himself, everyone made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. I hope I don't need to bring my daughter back anytime soon, but if something comes up that falls in Dr. Freedman's wheelhouse, I'll be coming here without hesitation!

That same consultation turned into a a same day painless easy procedure. I did not know what to expect when I arrived to the office but the nurse prepping me prior to the doctor seeing me answered all of my questions. Once Dr. Schulman took a look at my problem area, he explained thoroughly what I was to expect during and after the procedure. I felt a calm and ease while consulting with him and decided to go ahead and do the procedure the same day. I'm very glad I did as I barely felt any needles or pain and the nurses kept me laughing and checked in on me throughout every step which made the process feel quick and easy. For the after care there was barely any downtime as I was able to remove my bandages the next morning before work. Results take about two weeks to start showing as the needle incisions tend to take some time to go away. When I had gone in for my follow up Dr Schulman and I were very pleased with my results. My sister went in a day after me to get her leg done as she also had some pesky spider veins she wanted to get rid of and also had a great experience.
