I have been receiving Medical Care from Dr Leon Weinstein for at least 20 years . I find Dr…read moreWeinstein to be the most caring doctor I've ever had and I am 65 years of age . He has taken care of me since I'm 45 years old when I went to him I was in poor shape he helped me back to vitality . He discovered that I was diabetic and has helped me ever since I have been in several accidents and even had pneumonia as to which Dr Weinstein cared enough to come and visit me at the hospital . Even when I was in a motorcycle accident and he found out that I was in the hospital for that he came and saw me he came and saw me at the rehab I was in recovering from the motorcycle accident in my opinion he is the most terrific doctor and if you're lucky enough to go to this man he will help you better than any other primary health care physician you will ever meet . His courteous staff and his wife are very efficient and professional and Dr Weinstein takes his time to explain your illness and what you should do about it and the prescriptions that he prescribes truly help you he knows exactly who to send you to if it's a situation that you need endocrinologist or pulmonologist or any other needs he will send you to the right orthopedic doctor he will recommend the right cardiologist he's most fantastic doctor just recently he sent me to the correct ear doctor in which this doctor remove the wax build up in my ears from construction work then he gave me a hearing test he completely relieved my hearing loss and was so efficiently professional it blew my mind . Dr Weinstein is more than my doctor he is my friend . And if you looking for a professional doctor that really cares I recommend Dr Weinstein and his staff and swear by his professional help you will never find a more caring doctor in the rest of your life .

The machine did not work for more than 30 minutes because of poor Wi-Fi service. My shirt was off and the door was open I had to throw a sheet over me. Completely unprofessional unethical office. Fast forward 4 months Dr. Memon never removed the fees of 70 dollars he overcharged me Along with had empire city laboratories call me on my personal cell phone threatening me that if I do not remove the review I will have to deal with the overpayment. This office is profoundly unprofessional and shows blatant disregard for patients' time. I had…read morealready been forced to reschedule my appointment three times. Less than an hour before the scheduled visit, while I was literally on the train commuting from work, they attempted to reschedule yet again. I told them I was already en route, and the call abruptly dropped. No follow-up call. No explanation. I arrived, checked in, and was left sitting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes without a single update. Only after wasting that time was I informed that the doctor would not be seeing me at all. I took early leave from work and commuted for absolutely nothing. What's most unacceptable is that no one acknowledged the situation or offered even a basic apology. This level of incompetence and indifference is staggering for a medical office. If you value your time or expect minimal professionalism, avoid this place entirely.

The person on the phone told me $250, which is fairly reasonable. I was there for about 10 minutes tops, and the doctor really didn't do much (to be fair, by then, the issue seemed to have resolved itself). But it wasn't much different from what I saw on YouTube. Anyway, far from $250, this doctor charged $1,232!! You'd think I had surgery or something for that price. Do NOT trust what the receptionists tell you! I will certainly not be returning. If this invoice doesn't single-handedly explain how broken the U.S. health care system is, then I don't know what does. Honestly, I've had haircuts that were much more time-intensive and worthwhile than this visit, and the invoice is outrageous.

They do not book appts on top of each other where the Dr spare you mere seconds or pass you off to their PA(s). I've only been here 2 x so far and Dr. Rosenberg have been very attentative. The staff ( person that draws blood/ekg, etc) were different both time so this a negative if they are constantly changing staff. The one challenge with this office is no one answers the phone. you must leave a message for a call back. But in order ot leave message, you must listen through a very looooong recorded message where they run thru all of the options "true emergency" "ambulance number" "oncall doctor number", etc. etc. The leave a message option is alllllllll the way at the end of the recording. This becomes a huge problem where you have to sit on the phone. Frankly it is very time consuming to even have to make a call these days or play phone tags. Most dr office have email address where you can simply email. here is is fax or snailmail. Hope email option can be implemented soon. Appts can be made thru zocdoc so this is helpful!

I left and happy that that I did, thinking if this is the outside his office I'm wondering how are his inpatients rooms?? I wrote him a personal letter in which I never received a reply. There's plenty of other doctors that are more professional and do follow guidelines especially during Covid-19.
