He helped me diagnose my food allergies and has been a huge help with any question I've brought him, and he actually listens and remembers his patients. Dr. Charles is also exceptional in that he won't just jump to prescription medicines to fix symptoms; he wants to find the root problem and treat that, instead of symptoms. He will also recommend herbal remedies and dietary changes when he thinks that will work better than prescription drugs, which is rare for western doctors. The whole staff is very kind, and as someone else mentioned, there is never a long wait. My husband and I both recommend Dr. Charles and his nurse practitioner very highly.

(please see scooter posted). they have an elevator lift and told me that all wheelchairs and scooter patients are accessible to using it. they caed to confirm my appointment for 10/6/22 & i wanted to be reassured that their examination room would accommodate my scooter that is posted .. they didn't really reassure me, but i confirmed my appointment. approximately 2 minutes later the office manager norma calls me back and cancels me back and all of a sudden tells me thst that my scooter is not permitted on the elevator lift. i have to leave my scooter in the driveway. i refused to do so considering i have difficulty walking. my scooter was in their office 1 week prior for my son's appointment and they allowed me to use the lift. bottom line, they considered me and my scooter a nusiance and troublesome and they did not want to treat me and that is discrimination. stay away from that doctor! they told

Also hidden fees, lab work contacted me with another bill. Which hopefully doesn't roll into collections! I wasn't told about a lab charge, just said it was all included in a regular checkup appointment. Not only am I waiting for my claims to be disputed, I'm waiting for refunds.
